I shall also vote in favour, but will definitely not add to my considerably overweight position in this stock. As things stand at present I am out a small fortune!
This licence saga has gone far beyond ridiculous into the realms of another agenda by the ministry towards nrrp.

Should it go through we are told that NRRP is fully funded to continue to complete the expected JORC drilling thus extending the life and value of the project.

They will have plenty of working capital to enact most of what they have already promised.

No more financing should be required before licence is awarded so with licence being Stumbling block A. Then this will be overcome on positive award and thus improve share price ?

Stumbling block B. Becomes the Phase Three of $27mn. This is the tricky bit, we have been told however that a plant in process of construction and a guaranteed JORC resource is where other investors will start to see the chance to get in on the ground and help to fund raise. This bit will be difficult but not impossible IMO.

I have heard talk still that this all suits GS, however they will now potentially own 76% of a potentially largely diluted miner. The shares will be worth considerably less than they envisaged when they first came on board. I imagine they are sitting on a large paper loss. Okay so they are getting 10% on the convertible notes, but if they have to convert they are worth whatever the share price is ?

I imagine that this is a risky and not preferred gamble for GS. Okay so they might get the asset down the line but they would lose the equity value if they had to crystallise it in a take-over of say 0.20pence.

Also if they bust the company and kept the asset their 76% would be worth Zilch.

EPL 2092 is still a risky asset to GS as it has NO licence, NO funding and also the terms could still be punitive for Prime Minister with his bill.

GS will not be sitting comfortably I would be amazed if they are anything other than desperate for the licence to be awarded and the funding achieved.

Dont forget Silver is sold ahead of the project as a 'credit', Silver is currently or was currently on the rise along with Gold, which is continuing to be talked up by the day.

If silver gets to $30 USD a big IF, then alot of the funding for the project is in the bag just on Silver credit !

Bear this in mind folks !

Hi YT Just to let you know I will be supporting the proposal as I don't think we have a choice, this could well be what the ministers wanted prior to any licence approval Secondly I will not be purchasing any more with regards to the placing I am however tempted to buy at this price

Shareholder conference call on Friday.

Maybe RNS about ministry response to licence before that?

So what's happened to the Ministry's response on the mining licence?

Fund raising RNS said "On 2 June 2016, the Ministry informed NLZM that it is still reviewing the ML Proposal and that it shall respond to NLZM within 30 days, being on or before 2 July 2016."

Yes we will be in debt to greenstone, yes they will have the control.

However, I feel they would be more happy for this project to be a success and their stake worth 10x their outlay. Thats what their business is all about and sure they want to look like great investors, just like us all.

Sure they could force a take over if things go wrong, However that wont look good to all the other companies they invest in and word spreads fast.... shareholder to shareholder....

GS will own 76% of the stock effectively if they exercise the loan notes into shares. AND if no-one else contributes to the Phase One bit in this fund raise and open offer.

I suspect there may be a chance that GS will keep as loan notes for as long as possible. The issue for NR is that they are paid at 10% and they increase to 20% after a year I think.

Therefore the company is trying to buy back at least 70% of them.

When it is Phase two they need $2.5mn USD and this will be AFTER mining licence. So hopefully someone else will fund. Otherwise I guess GS might buy the whole lot. However share price should zoom and so on if licence ?

Then there is a phase three which is the whole rest of the amount.

Both these two raises are post licence that I can tell.

We need other investors at that stage.

Commodities should come back once UK markets and others stabilise around EU exit. Actually several of the main markets were up today including UK and USA.

EU is where the issue is but now finally the ECB have introduced themselves to QE and are ready to capitalise Italian Banks I suspect.

Pls note that UK doesnt leave the EU until 2019 according to Dr Liam Fox.

Germany's third largest export in goods is UK. 89BN Euro of trade with us. We are France and Italy fifth biggest.

Will continue to review.

One thing we need is the F licence !

I will be voting for the raise. I know its not the only option.

However it will be worse than Brexit for us if not.

Sorry just read your post properly Steve. If no vote then bust. If yes then fully funded & Takeover Panel waiver executed so they don't have to bid. This is done because GS just stated again they don't want to takeover on the RNS.Hope that helpsYT

Sorry Waiver, no chance to edit.I didn't go AGM. I hear on grapevine that Discusser went. He said he was impressed with professionalism of BOD.Basically they r calling old loan notes to be paid off with new ones. If govt accept on 2nd July it is all go on Namib.Repeat GS r not taking over NRRP !YT

My early take is that Beams and Beddows have done their best to state that NRRP will be fully funded. They state majority of directors will remain independent.

They have achieved a Takeover clause potential waiver. This is commonplace. It means no buyout & company remains independent. IMO

Will have full interpret soon
