10/1/2017 23:18 | Last year there was an update in April... but you probably were looking for something earlier. Seems it is a waiting game here for now. | edmundshaw
10/1/2017 21:47 | This share always seems cheap, know they have some debt and pension issues but my understanding is this is reducing. Surely at some point this has to go up? Anyone any idea when the next update is due? Just had a look at historical and there has previously been an update in February. | mrx001

28/11/2016 19:05 | Yes I've noticed the pattern too and almost always there have been more buys than sells, sometimes considerably more. Don't know why but then again I'm not sure how an uncrossing trade actually works. More research required..... | stopaloss

22/11/2016 08:29 | I think the term I'm looking for is entry level housing is how I would describe most of it imho. In terms of which one I actually prefer to work on - rather than comment on quality - is TW. , for me - the build order ( second fix ) happens to work quite well for my trade and most others on most of their sites. 22/11/2016 08:21 | XXX I'm afraid I couldn't possibly comment :0) I work on one lot that actually used to be known for its quality build ( not one of the big boys yet but getting there ) but now has joined ranks of the rest of them , ie: bog standard , cheap materials and not a whole lot of love for quality imho. Its all about numbers and targets now imho. It can vary a bit from site to site even with the same co. but overall the standard is lower than it used to be , price work , got to love it , in general no trade gives a monkeys about the following trade. Suffice to say for me personally - and I've worked on most of the big boys sites - , I would never buy a newbuild . There we go , don't think made a slanderous comments there :0) DbD | death by donut
22/11/2016 06:53 | @dbd You seem to know the area, which mass market builder would you rate as best and worst in terms of quality ? | xxx
