London, 25 October 2016: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, today announces that it received notification on 24 October 2016 from Mrs Marion Bomford, the spouse of Mr Jonathan Bomford, the Senior Independent Director of the Company, that on 24 October 2016 she purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 1499.14p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bomford has an interest over a total of 15,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company, including Mrs Marion Bomford's direct interest in the shares of the Company of 3,000 shares, representing 0.002% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
