Not sure if I agree with you guys, the RNS says Q2 2017, but it was always going to take time. The good thing is that monthly production has bounced back now wells are back online and work on some have proved beneficial.

Back to waterflood, in a very simplistic way, it is like filling a bath in the dark, they will know it is filling throughout the period but won't know when it is full until it shows by overflowing. The difference being they will see some effects on oil pressures, etc and will be scoping for the evidence it is working. So don't necessarily think they will wait to June to give us an update.

Sqz the chart does look very nice there, my tip is a bombed out iog news due within the next 2 weeks on securing a pipeline for the North Sea exploration.Today's rns is not anything mind blowing which is why I was not shouting from the roof tops first thing this am...it's solid and says we are alive but a long way to go which is why we're bobbing along over 1p I suppose.Be lucky to all.

I think those looking to exit may get their opportunity today. Pleased for those who need to get out.
Once the spread settles I will add if I can get more at under 2p. I'm expecting a price today of around 1.7p.
The reserves increase is very significant for the bank as is the increased production and positive cash build. I recently wrote on here estimating cash at around $4m.

* Total Proved Reserves (audited) +10%

* Incremental volumes expected from the water flood pilot project have not been included in the PDP reserves above but remain as Probable Reserves at the year-end.  Once adequate response and evidence is seen as to the response, the reserves are expected to begin being reclassified to PDP (so a substantial upgrade in reserves to come)

* Jan production 1146 bopd (net) +23% on Dec and level on Jan 2016 which is impressive.

* Year end Cash Balance $4.4m AFTER Waterflood is paid for.

So in summary:

* Production up 23%
* Reserves up 10% (substantial upgrade to follow)
* Cash well ahead of my estimates and increasing production to boost further
* Confirmation no cash call required in 2017
* Waterflood results to come in Q2

To me all this points to a business case for a bank refinance if I've ever seen one before ;)
