I think the waterflood go ahead changed everything. As the tables turned & they couldn't stop further development through court, it left them with only one option - pursue peace as quickly as possible. I mean 640acres at no extra cost, lol!I suspect the agreement re: specific area/lease will be in relation to Knutson family acreage.Cash

The RNS was a confirmation of what the company have been consistently saying ie the legal action by RF had no merit. They also seem to have acquired, at no initial cost, 640 acres just South of Arikaree Creek which may be significant not just for what it might discover, but what it might provide by way of additional information on the Arikaree Creek structure.

NHEGY and NHEGF. The NHEGY price represents ADRs (1 ADR=20 shares), while the NHEGF price is the conversion from the price in London (Either way the company's liquidity is low in the US, and a potential buyer had better buy it directly through London.
