It appears that RFP have released their own statement in which they accuse HAWK of being misleading!

I have no idea who to believe.

Court case to be finalised by 20th Sept, a week tomorrow, one way or the other.

However, Rick keeps reminding the market, that RF claim has little foundation.

Possibly Rick may buy into his dream and back his team, once RF are out of the way.

Confidence needs to be re built Max.
Will take a little time but updates seem to be more positive.
The worst seems to be behind us.
As long as WF works we'll see record production and reserves.

Interesting that the JV is still alive.
That could see a return to explo drilling in 2017.

Why are you quoting gross figures:

July production at 42,849, aproxx 1382 bopd, up again from June?

Only the net (30k) figures matter as these are translated into $ directly to HAWK

The Arikaree Creek Water Pilot Project was finally approved in early June 2016. The Company has commenced working on the Pilot with the final engineering design phase now completed and the equipment procurement phase beginning. Construction and installation of the water gathering lines and the water injection lines should commence in the second half of September. The water injection and the polymer facilities are currently being manufactured and are anticipated to be delivered, installed, tested, and become operational in late October.

A good strong update, more or less telling us exactly where we are at now!!

Somehow it looks like the plot thickens with regards to RF

a) It looks like RF may NOT want their day in court for whatever reason!!!

b) RF just cant leave us alone...now it looks like they has linked up with

So late October, if all goes well with works, we could start production late October.

d) i wonder, if this will be a $$$$ or land/acerage settlement!!!!

Encouraging that we're now seeing a steady rise in production.

I can add having looked at individual wells the following.....

Craig 16-32 added 4 bo oil for 7 days...long time this this well has produced!!!

Sb H up, now at 212 bopd.

Blackcomb 12-14 is now SI (shut in) so we had no production from this well...could be getting a work over ready for Waterflood..i know it was one of the waterflood wells, but cant recall if it was an injection well!!! It only produced 13 bopd...so that would take your 1382 upwards!!!! to 1395!!!!!

of the 23 wells that are producing i have
8 wells up slightly,
6 wells down slightly
and
9 wells with little difference.
