04/11/2015 08:47 | 8881CB They have secured new funding via a placing which, while diluting, does not dilute too much given the relatively small number of shares in issue compared with some explorers. I reproduce the comment of Subotic, who participated in the placing, below. The new shares are expected to commence trading tomorrow "Commenting on the Placing, David Subotic, Chairman of URU Metals said: "I am absolutely delighted to be able to say that we can now fast track the proposed drilling at Zebediela"." | ridicule

08/10/2015 20:49 | If Glencore can't hold its pants up then URU definitely is going bankrupt! It's over here...last one out turn out the lights! | kendonagasaki
05/10/2015 09:04 | This is waiting to go bankrupt now.Running out if cash and this mining industry to worsen over the next year.Insolvency is upon us. | kendonagasaki

10/8/2015 10:40 | Particularly as there are only 228.3m shares in issue. 500k also bought last Friday. John Zorbas, the CEO bought 500k back in April. He may be nibbling again. I bought another 106,220 this am. | ridicule
10/8/2015 09:43 | UP 32% on 3 trades totalling 540000 shares. It would be nice to see what some real volume could do to the share price | 888icb
20/7/2015 06:28 | Are you writing him to congratulate a job well done? | kendonagasaki
02/7/2015 12:22 | Does anyone here have an email address for Mr zorbas? The contact form on the website won't accept my apple email address. Thanks | scyther
20/5/2015 09:21 | Over 65% if stock is held by institutions, 65%?That only leaves an available float of 35% not a lot if things are starting to come back onto track.Revenues over five years from recollection, in 2010 they were profitable by £25 million, 2011 £22 million, 2012 minus (£9)million, 2013 minus (£3) million and 2014 about minus 500k.So from huge profits to a huge loss and one that has now been narrowed towards a cusp of profitability. We now own the South Africa mine 100% and nickel is rising rapidly as there is a global shortage.Uranium is once a hit sector again and URU are able to extract as the demand and price rises very soon.Imo URU is undervalued vastly in comparison to NAV.We have a valuation just shy of a million pounds. Our Net Asset values even given to extraction are worth £3 million all day long. Once the zinc and uranium markets demand becomes apparent, URU will themselves valued at some 20-25 times of the price we see today. | mr singh
20/5/2015 08:42 | There is a horrific spread of 40% here.........However | mr singh
14/5/2015 15:02 | Last placing here was in early May 2014, CEO's comment at the time: We believe our cash balance will take us through the next 12 months | bam bam rubble
03/5/2015 23:14 | Great viewing!5 year graph?4 year graph?3 year graph?2 year graph?1 year graph?6 month graph?3 month graph?1 month graph??One should always let the facts speak volumes, for there lies the true indicator of true wealth?? | kendonagasaki
28/4/2015 21:55 | Get ready when this delists at 0.2p?Seen it all before....a couple of more bad announcements and the CEO will clear up? | kendonagasaki
27/4/2015 06:56 | I reckon the CEO is going to de-list this company off Aim very soon. No one will be getting rich here all! This has been a con for long enough! All promises and have never delivered anything! | kendonagasaki
21/4/2015 08:36 | 30% is a fairly large holding here - Horrible spread though | tomboyb
30/3/2015 22:19 | Mr Scotch.Nuclear planned stations have been scaled back globally.Europe is broke.USA is not authorising.Japan dare not.China can not afford too.Russia can't even sell oil, so has more power to power Russia on free oil.Iran is happy not too, now that America is happy to kick Israel's ass!India is too corrupt still, and South America is bankrupt. This company in my opinion is going to need further fundraising or go bust. This is not investable imo. This is going no where. However fools and their hard earned cash must always be parted, carry on fools. | quilarvium |
