Nice for the BODs to give us long suffering shareholders an update at the AGM NOT. I thought they were going to be a new broom but it looks like they are as useless as the last lot of wasters

The Board of Nexus, the AIM quoted provider of specialist IT managed
services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, proposed resolutions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and special resolution 8 were duly
passed. Resolution 2, which concerns the re-appointment of Graham
Stoddart-Stones was not passed. Accordingly Graham Stoddart-Stones is no longer
a Director of the Company.

Funnily enough sale of assets is what i have been thinking quite likely for a while, since the new management arrived basically.
However if that were to mean they become something resembling a cash shell, (with whatever's left after bills have been paid) I think it might be more like a tadpole in a big pond!

Just realised post 8000. Wonder what the price was at post 1!
Higher than this I'd hazard a guess.

The strategic review is always a laborious affair and I understand that is now completed. So we should be expecting news shortly about sale of assets and/or an acquisition. They may wait until after the AGM for those developments. Just my guess.

Core business did very well esp in USA, Resilience not as well as expected but still made profit, acquisitions being planned prob to be paid by disposal of Resilience. These could have been alot worse but as the company states an awful lot of work to do
