("Next 15" or the "Company")

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 16,090 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM.
The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of a put right under The Outcast Agency LLC 2012 Equity Incentive Plan.
The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 20 December 2016.
Following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 73,335,474 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
