30/12/2013 14:41 | Why unsustainable the rents still coming in for the long term. NAV is below share price. But I guess NAV is levered on property price. I would like to see more leverage. | ccraig69
24/12/2013 11:01 | Apols Alter Ego, I didn't mean it was oversold, far from it, I meant it's not worth the NAV. Appreciate the difference and have amended my post. Latest accounts I saw (interims), the NAV was 220p, no idea why it's trading above 30% above NAV, particularly with all of the capital expenditure that needs to be spent by NRR retaining tenants or securing long leases. Good yield yes, but unsustainable IMO. | guernseymoney
13/12/2013 22:28 | The IC did have it as a hold on valuation grounds - I guess guernseymoney is misascribing the oversold label or doesn't know what it means. | alter ego
13/12/2013 21:45 | You must have the wrong thread? | deadly
10/12/2013 07:51 | Investor's Chronicle had a HOLD on it for valuation reasons. Will watch and see. | guernseymoney

30/10/2013 10:22 | It has moved a fair bit over the last three days so maybe just an overhang cleared. Out of interest for those of you with NRR in their to ten you may want to join in completing this ... They are in joint 11th position at present. | davidosh

12/10/2013 15:22 | I think the FT own the IC or same holding company so not too surprising. | davidosh

12/9/2013 13:40 | NewRiver Retail funding shows growing City interest in REITs "The recent fundraising by NewRiver Retail underlines the growing City interest in this real estate investment trust (REIT). The group hoped to bank around £40mln to finance some ambitious expansion plans. In the end it walked away with £67mln and could have taken a lot more than that..." 29/7/2013 12:19 | Thanks for your helpa lter ego. I have other REITs but they are in SIPPS. I don't think a deduction was made on them. Will probably contact Selftrade just to confirm and when. | scottiedog4
29/7/2013 12:09 | This happened to me on another REIT I hold and although I cannot remember the details, I know that Selftrade do reclaim the tax in due course. It took about six weeks and should be automatic. | alter ego
29/7/2013 11:51 | I've just received the 10p dividend but a 20% tax deduction has been applied.I hold the shares in an ISA with Selftrade. Does anyone know if this is correct and if so is the tax recoverable.. Also would the same treatment occur if the shares were held in a Sipp. Thanks in advance for any help. | scottiedog4
