I have just spoke to HSBC who I hold my NWN shares with and they have received no information re the share offering

Has anyone else had any documentation through ?

nice drop there !

looking at the offer document if we can buy at 1p a share then at current values we can sell at 2p so double our money, so I guess that we are going to see futher falls in the near future

I have a reasonably large number of shares and have heard nothing until this broke today.

tonyx - I havent heard but I am assuming that we will have stuff sent in the post.

I am undecided what to do, I have 100,000 so that means I can subscribe for another 530,000 based on 53 for 10 @ 1p so that means stumping up another £5,300 i think !

I resent my email on Friday that got returned previously, it wasnt returned this time, but I have not a response yet.

Try the "Financial Services Authority" FSA . Thats the body you need to check-out. In view of your comments i think i will contact them as well .

just in case anyone is interested still

I sent an email to Tony G-P on 18-Jan asking what was going on. He replied saying that things should have been sorted that day and info was to be sent out to shareholders, but it wasn't and it was looking like the next week.

Well that was 2 weeks and nothing has happened, I emailed him on Friday and again today but got a delivery failure because "the user is over their quote"

The bad feeling I had is getting worse, can we complain to the AIM at all about this ?

New Year Greetings to my fellow NWN holders. I'm disappointed to see that there has still been no update- I will have a little chase round today/tomorrow and see if I can find out what the position is. Has anyone contacted the Directors or their advisers lately?
