I wish I could make more Mello but struggling due to my work lifestyle. However this is one company that I have a huge interest in and if your manage to invite them to present in Mello I would for sure try my best to attend.

It has been cheap for years. If they deliver clean Year End results on cue & state business & dividend policy will progress. This could still get a re-rating.

MG - it was from a brokers note issued in Feb. presumably they will reissue with forthcoming numbers.

David - I agree with your sentiments. I have started to like this as I've researched it more. A high stockrank of 97 shows the computers like it too but I think its too small to take that ranking too seriously. Nonetheless a very interesting company to be in. I look forward to them presenting at a Mello to.

I have estimated Profit Before tax of £2.45m - to me that will be key as they have already said revenue will be less than H1. If they meet that then we will be looking at a market cap north of £20m.

This company is really making an effort to get into my top 15 holdings and recent news has been positive since Gervais at Miton and Giles at HHale took their positions from the large seller halving their holding in March. I think the results are usually in early August and i will try to arrange a Mello presentation for them in September

I bought NWT last October and is now 70% up. This is a solid penny stock with good cash flow and still very cheap hist PE of 8x.ROCE, ROE and Operating margins all in double figures. Great stock and shows penny shares can make safer money IF researched properly rather than going for story stocks so many PIs are after

Cantors are forecasting 33% growth in PBT this year and a target price of 4.5p. Plenty to go for.

I bought 300,000 of these shares in three tranches at 1, 2 and 2.5p. When I bought in for the last time a year or so ago I noticed the company's financials were very similar indeed to another share I hold, apart from an exceptional item, which are now trading in the range 6.5-8p. I think this is the start of an uprating, richly deserved, for a small but well run company.

Commenting on the results, Maurice Dwek, Chairman of Newmark Security plc, said: "As stated in the last annual report, although revenues in the second half of the year are not expected to match the first half, the full year results before exceptional items are expected to be ahead of last year. The directors expect to continue their progressive dividend policy in the full year accounts."

That first trade was clearly a buy which clearly pushed the price up. Rerating taking place so it's got plenty of energy left yet.

Mg1982, I only noticed this share today after the small rise this morning. I read the Edison report which was very interesting. I think that this is one of those small shares which has under-reacted to good news and gradually rerates to a more realistic price. In my opinion, the rerating has a very long way to go.

True the spread is very narrow which is excellent.

There was a brief moment where you could buy below the mid price but it seems that that small seller has cleared so you can now get a premium on the bid which means that it should be rising shortly

The spread on the shares is amazingly small (less than 1%) for a company with this market cap. I have been able to buy 1.4 million shares without any problems. It doesn't look as if anybody has been buying much since almost all of my buys are showing as sells.

It's due a rerating after six months of consolidation and with positive news out over the period, it hasnt reflected in the share price. Bid is ready to tick up again now. Not much stock around to buy

Final results are supposed to be out end of this month or early August.

I've decided to buy some first thing this morning. Researched it over the weekend. Its close to a breakout and there isnt much stock available which is always a good thing to push the price higher.

0.4p impairment charge last year. I hope it will be less this year as this could be a nice niche. EPS could climb sharply.
