Isn't the rights issue: 19 for 1 @ 2.3457891c ? From that I expected the ex-right price to be about 2.1p, with the nil paid shares about 0.22p At close yesterday NWR were 3.52p and NWRN were 0.23p. Why? Given the exercise price of 2.3457891c, isn't there a great arb trade here, buying NWRN and shorting NWR? |
