As announced on 18 September 2017, David Lockhart exercised 620,286 share options which were granted under the NewRiver Retail Limited Unapproved Share Option Plan 2009. The share options were exercised at the following prices:

272,286 shares at a price of GBP2.50

348,000 shares at a price of GBP2.35

The shares were admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 19 September 2017. In order to cover the associated exercise cost and tax liability, 524,931 shares were sold. David Lockhart has retained the balance of shares, giving him an increased total shareholding of 1,752,676 ordinary shares.
