|3gypsy: The share price next year will be 2p.
Company valued at £40K??|
|humbugg: Spreads a killer on SXX but has some meaty partners. You pays ya money......
IPL looks interesting but, share price has run away with itself. patience might pick them up when they retrace. If not.....hohum.
Good luck H.|
|amazon_woman: I agree but think the profits will be significantly higher. The Madge/Lynx deal is worth £864k pa, we do not know what the Sharp deal is worth. We also have the HP deal, again do not know what it is worth.
Add these to the existing business and I would suggest at least an extra £1m of income. This would give a potential increase in profit of £.5m as their overheads were covered by their existing business. Potential share price £10. Seems optimistic and I do say potential as I do not have all the figures.
I have reposted the HP and Sharp RNSs as a reminder.
LONDON (AFX) - Network Technology PLC said its wholly-owned unit Ringdale, has been named a Premier Partner in the HP Solution Business Partner (SBP) Program.
A statement from Network said the status was granted to Ringdale based on its work with HP's market leading imaging and printing devices.
It added HP will be the first printer manufacturer to support Ringdale USB-HID Swipe Card, Proximity Card, Wiegand and Fingerprint Readers on the printer's own USB port.
Ringdale's Embedded FollowMe Technology for HP printers and multifunction printers (MFPs) require no external devices, other than the ID reader, to make FollowMe Queue Server software work with the print device. email@example.com nes

Sharp collaborates with Ringdale to run its FollowMe(TM) print/copy access
control and accounting software on Sharp MFPs and Printers
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Ringdale is working with Sharp to run its FollowMe(TM) Printing software on Sharp MFPs and desktop printers. The FollowMe(TM) software provides Sharp customers with a coherent approach to manage multifunctional copier access and deliver accurate usage accounting.
The FollowMe(TM) solution enhances Sharp's award-winning MFP security* by preserving document privacy. When a document is printed, the unique FollowMe(TM) Queue Server holds the document in a queue until the user identifies him/herself at any network-connected multifunctional copier. Compatibility of FollowMe(TM) with most other printing devices allows the user to migrate to Sharp MFPs and printers at their own pace while providing a coherent print management solution that manages user activity. Users can be given rights to specific MFP services such as copy, print or fax in color or black and white.
Ringdale's VP of Sales and Marketing, Tony Edwards commented "We are pleased to add Sharp to our list of approved FollowMe(TM) vendors and to add Sharp MFPs to our customers' choice of printing solutions. The FollowMe(TM) secure printing and accounting solution will provide Sharp customers with printer roaming, enhanced security and cost accounting capabilities."
Sharp's Vice President of Marketing, Mike Marusic said "Sharp is committed to providing our dealers with applications that maximize the productivity of our MFPs and printers while minimizing the needed administrative support such as gathering user activity reports. Sharp's collaboration with Ringdale enhances our multilayered security strategy and will enable our customers to manage their document output securely and efficiently."
SHARP WAS AWARDED A BERTL'S BEST OF 2005 AWARD FOR "BEST SECURITY Solution Suite."

|amazon_woman: Thanks Cheeks
I got some more last week on the dip.
This is what we have been waiting for, can not believe not more trading but I guess it has not been noticed yet.
This is HUGE and share price should reflect it soon. £5/8 this year imho.
|cheeks: Share price is showing definate signs of active manipulation today. Look at the intra-day graph...loads of little steps....normally, this share price is very "blocky" in 5p or 10p chunks...not today. Hope it means something.
|cheeks: Interesting, another 1000 sold.... that's 3500 unanswered sales and the share price hasn't budged. Normally, a sale of 10 results in a 15% drop in share price !
Hope this means something.
|amazon_woman: Jailbird you could be right for this year although the new contract with Sharp and the Lynx/Madge purchases should be reflected in this years results, even though they only took effect in the last month or so of the 05/06 financial year.
They expect the purchase of Madge/Lynx to add $1m to their turnover and the tie up with Sharp is likely to add significantly to their turnover as well.
Ongoing the above tie ups give them access to a large client base which will add even further to their turnover/profits.
I expect the share price to move up sharply once we know how these deals will impact on future profits.
Last year was the beginning of the turnaround and they sorted out their historic problems. Those have now been dealt with and they have a clean balance sheet. They have implemented all their cost cuts and streamlined the business. I think they will have a very positive future and am glad to be in at the ground level of what is effectively a new business, but one that has learned it's lessons from the past.
How the share price reacts to all this is anyones guess, it went up dramatically when there was a bull run on tech stocks even though they were entering CVAs. They have now exited the CVAs which is an achievement in itself. We all know that the market is not predictable, but whatever the short term movements the share price will be much higher than here in a few years possibly a 10-50 bagger.
It is now down to the market as to what happens after the results but I am extremely positive that even in the short term we will see a fast rise in the share price as this company gets noticed.
Good luck all holders
|amazon_woman: Spotted that but they do seem to go up and down a lot. The price used for the accounts will be as at 31 March 06 and so will show a healthy profit, I guess they are pretty volatile but do not have any information to explain the movements. Can't comment on their share price as do not invest in US.
We need some volume but this is holding up which is good for the next leg.
|cheeks: Morning AW,
Thanks for posting that from adonis.
I'm not a follower of graphs/trends myself - they don't cater for announcements/deals/market sentiment ...etc, but I suppose it's a decent basis for projection "as is"....still glad he's come back with "good one" instead of "dog"... ;o)
I have 12th May written in my diary for results, next Friday, but in the "Financial Calender" statement in Feb, it states "mid May" ...can't remember if I put 2 and 2 together and got "12" or whether I read that date somewhere else, what date are you expecting results ?
I hope the NTY results period is better than the FTO one ! Top drawer stuff (incl. new deal) and the share price drops 20% !!!! I suppose the unexpected should always be expected.
Good luck, I think we are close.
|amazon_woman: My view as you know Cheeks is very positive in terms of the company's turnaround but we need the share price to reflect it. Yes I think they are managing news we have had a nice stream of news this year. I expect the results to be very positive and will certainly wait to see how the share price reflects this. Less than 3 weeks now and a nice bit of news to fill in the wait. Lovely start to holiday weekend.
I doubt the mms have many shares as there has not been much selling and they are not getting mine.
