17/10/2006 11:31 | AM, from earlier post...a reply to this if U can... "Price of 5 - 8 pounds ?!?!? What turnover and profit are you expecting NTY to do, in order to achieve that share price ? Even at a share price of 120p the current PE is over 100." | jailbird
17/10/2006 10:38 | I agree but think the profits will be significantly higher. The Madge/Lynx deal is worth £864k pa, we do not know what the Sharp deal is worth. We also have the HP deal, again do not know what it is worth. Add these to the existing business and I would suggest at least an extra £1m of income. This would give a potential increase in profit of £.5m as their overheads were covered by their existing business. Potential share price £10. Seems optimistic and I do say potential as I do not have all the figures. I have reposted the HP and Sharp RNSs as a reminder. LONDON (AFX) - Network Technology PLC said its wholly-owned unit Ringdale, has been named a Premier Partner in the HP Solution Business Partner (SBP) Program. A statement from Network said the status was granted to Ringdale based on its work with HP's market leading imaging and printing devices. It added HP will be the first printer manufacturer to support Ringdale USB-HID Swipe Card, Proximity Card, Wiegand and Fingerprint Readers on the printer's own USB port. Ringdale's Embedded FollowMe Technology for HP printers and multifunction printers (MFPs) require no external devices, other than the ID reader, to make FollowMe Queue Server software work with the print device. newsdesk@afxnews.com nes RNS Number:1636C Network Technology PLC 28 April 2006 28 April 2006 Sharp collaborates with Ringdale to run its FollowMe(TM) print/copy access control and accounting software on Sharp MFPs and Printers GEORGETOWN, TEXAS - Ringdale is working with Sharp to run its FollowMe(TM) Printing software on Sharp MFPs and desktop printers. The FollowMe(TM) software provides Sharp customers with a coherent approach to manage multifunctional copier access and deliver accurate usage accounting. The FollowMe(TM) solution enhances Sharp's award-winning MFP security* by preserving document privacy. When a document is printed, the unique FollowMe(TM) Queue Server holds the document in a queue until the user identifies him/herself at any network-connected multifunctional copier. Compatibility of FollowMe(TM) with most other printing devices allows the user to migrate to Sharp MFPs and printers at their own pace while providing a coherent print management solution that manages user activity. Users can be given rights to specific MFP services such as copy, print or fax in color or black and white. Ringdale's VP of Sales and Marketing, Tony Edwards commented "We are pleased to add Sharp to our list of approved FollowMe(TM) vendors and to add Sharp MFPs to our customers' choice of printing solutions. The FollowMe(TM) secure printing and accounting solution will provide Sharp customers with printer roaming, enhanced security and cost accounting capabilities." Sharp's Vice President of Marketing, Mike Marusic said "Sharp is committed to providing our dealers with applications that maximize the productivity of our MFPs and printers while minimizing the needed administrative support such as gathering user activity reports. Sharp's collaboration with Ringdale enhances our multilayered security strategy and will enable our customers to manage their document output securely and efficiently." 17/10/2006 10:21 | remember they talk about dollars...divide by 1.85...i do not expect a significant increase..but there should be excuse not make half yr or full y profits this time around..agree? | jailbird
17/10/2006 10:16 | Read RNS copied below Madge and Lynx deals to add $1.6m revenue per annum. This does not include the Sharp deal. These deals did not effect the results to 31 march 2006 but will be included in the 07 accounts. If you concentrate on their history you will miss out on the turnaround. LONDON (AFX) - Network Technology PLC said its wholly-owned unit, Ringdale Inc has acquired certain assets NLynx Technology Inc as well as the brand names, copyrights, technology and web-addresses of www.NLynx.com and www.decisiondata.com The acquisition complements the acquisition of Madge Ltd assets, the Token-Ring PC card and switch manufacturer. The two acquisitions together should result in an increase in annual revenue of 1.6 mln usd for Ringdale. Network Technology CEO Klaus Bollmann said: "Ringdale will re-use the registered trademarks of 'NLynx' and 'Decision Data' as product brands. We expect to upgrade the thin client range and add Ringdale's access technology to those devices. Any more questions? AW | amazon_woman
17/10/2006 09:53 | AM, what sort of turnover r U expecting? $0.9M orders in the bag to be delivered in 24mths!..and that is in dollars! this is peanuts ....statements like billion dollar mkt has been stated numerous times. Just read them previous RNS'. thay may had made a tiny profit but turnover has got less...it is meant to increase I thought. | jailbird
17/10/2006 09:17 | Another buy 1500 shares. Very quiet here but not for long I think. AW | amazon_woman
16/10/2006 19:35 | JB Not sure if that is directed at me. Not being emotional and have done the maths. Should be at least £1m extra TO from new deals which will add significantly to the bottom line. Some one stake building been a regular buyer of 1000 shares a day. looks ready for the next move up IMO. Good luck all AW | amazon_woman
16/10/2006 08:51 | AM, do not get emotional....do the maths.. | jailbird
15/9/2006 09:52 | Facekey up 66% today. NT have shares in them. You 2 can be negative if you want but if you look at their recent deals you will see how they have turned around. AW | amazon_woman

13/9/2006 20:38 | SP of 5 - 8 pounds ?!?!? What turnover and profit are you expecting NTY to do, in order to achieve that share price ? Even at a share price of 120p the current PE is over 100. | madalex
06/9/2006 10:36 | Remember this 3 August 2006 The Company was informed on 3 August 2006 by Mr R Wardleworth that he has a beneficial interest in 62,012 ordinary shares of 200p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 3.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. For further information: Lulu Bridges Tavistock Communications Tel: 020 7920 3150 Do not understand lack of buying I guess it is below people's radar at the moment. The HP business was worth 90 billion, ok we do not know how much NT will make from this tie up but even a conservative guess would indicate a huge uplift in sales. I know people are concerned about their past but that is what it is history. I will be patient as I do not want to miss out on this one. I expect some press interest will draw attention to their potential. No not blind optimism the deals are there it is just a matter of time for the share price to catch up. We all know that this share moves fast and it is difficult to buy large quantities without paying a premium. AW | amazon_woman
05/9/2006 14:42 | Crazy really everyone happy to buy while co has problems, now it has turned corner and big deals with Sharp and HP etc peeps scared. Fear of success basic psychology. I am happy to win and always knew this day would come. Onwards and upwards only problem is how greedy to be. Yes I am positive, done well this year so far taking profits, long may it continue. Good luck all AW | amazon_woman
05/9/2006 14:30 | up again.. saffy.. | safman
05/9/2006 12:30 | We are going up on v. small volumes all buys. Just wait till this is noticed. Glad I held so long now. Traded small holdings but my big holding still in place. I also replaced my small sells on the last dip so back to full holding. AW | amazon_woman
05/9/2006 10:37 | BB Surprised at your negativity, they have had a tough time over the last few years dealing with the CVa's they cannot control the share price but they have certainly turned the company around and some which was their intention. I have always believed in Hanne and Klaus and trusted in what they are doing. They are pretty smart and have put 100% effort into their business for years living in seperate countries, yes they will be rewarded as majority sharholders but so will we. AW | amazon_woman
05/9/2006 10:15 | Thanks Cheeks I got some more last week on the dip. This is what we have been waiting for, can not believe not more trading but I guess it has not been noticed yet. This is HUGE and share price should reflect it soon. £5/8 this year imho. AW | amazon_woman
05/9/2006 10:12 | I suspect the whole market feels as you do BB....trust, you have to earn it. Cheeks | cheeks
05/9/2006 09:09 | This is a potentially BIG deal - I am surprised the share is only up 9%. Almost tempting to buy a stack more but for some reason I just do not trust NTY and this deal is not revenue generating by itself. Would not be surprised to see this up 30% by the end of the day though - we shall see. | britishbear
05/9/2006 09:07 | ruddy 'ell, good news. Congratulations AW for not only keeping the faith, but putting your money where your mouth is. Cheeks | cheeks

22/8/2006 11:10 | I'm not looking anymore..... :o( | cheeks
19/8/2006 11:29 | As i said "bullish nonsense". I love the word "should" Sold half my stake a little while back, looking to sell the other half on any rise. Its been a long losing stake for me, as it is, and will be for the rest of you. These are still in the pigs trough @5.5p(old money)when you think that the FTSE has risen over 40% in the last few years and these have halfed in value. Its no surprise when you look at the business, or lack of it. | humbugg |
