Going private has been the sole intention for at least 5 years.Hence the consolidations. Better read up on stock exchange regulations so that theremaining shareholders are not left high and dry with the family taking the remaining value.

Going Private this has been the sole objective for at least five years.
This was the reason for the consolidations. All should read the regulations if
the rest of you money isn't going to end up in the families pocket leaving all remaining shareholders high and dry.

Network Technology PLC is dedicated to providing its shareholders and customers the best possible service and this mirrored by our enthusiasm, expertise and willingness to invest in our own future.

Network Technology PLC places great emphasis on the satisfaction of its shareholders

The above extract is taken from the NT Web site:

I was feeling a bit under the weather today, but when i read the above statement from the NT web site I could not stop laughing, but when it sunk in that my thousands of pounds have gone up in smoke and now only worth the price of a loaf of bread, i soon came back down to earth with a bump.
Oh and theres more, the below is taken from the mission statement again on the web site, maybe the mission statement should be updated to something more apropriate concerning where we are at present, a few things come to mind, to rude to paste i think but i will leave that to others to think about.

Aspiring to maintain high standards for every aspect of the operation we are bound to return profits to our shareholders as well as sharing profits with key employees as part of the Company's revenue assurance program.

Anyway, I had a good (expensive) laugh out of it

Share consolidation is a cunning trick to get rid of private investors. As far as I know I will have zero share left after another one of this type of consolidations.

Get ready for shock results. In spite of the £/$ this share will make no money.
This company is being milked.

He is in USA setting up companies. He keeps the UK arm open as a vehicle for his sons to get experience and the fact one of his sons cannot get into the USA.
I was going passed the factory yesterday and it looked very busy, ie lots of cars in the car park, must investigate further,
Not a holder.
