High Yield stock. Good Value and should recover. Not sure about the otherside aquisition theories but it did contribute to the last accounts as they said it would at the time of purchasing it.

I wonder if that issue is still holding this back from being worth alot more.

I've put any suspicions aside as the valuation is very low for a gambling company.

At the end of the day i'm suspicious about every listed company.

In my opinion, Like other AIM listed Israeli run companies the directors see the cash on the books as THEIR PERSONAL CASH and will do leaps and twists to transfer it from you to THEM where it rightly belongs in their opinion.

Who owned OTHERSIDE ? Who got the CASH ?

I know who didnt.

YOU.

And you can now take them back at 8.50p per share, can't you?

to me it seems meaningless. Why they didnt leave our share holding alone and stick their special dividend. I bought these shares for 53.5p per share. they took them off me for 10p a share by doing the consolidation, without me being able to do anything about it. clearly I have been robbed.

But - if you had 15,000 shares pre-consolidation your 0.34p dividend was £51, and if you've now got 14,000 post-consolidation shares, the same 0.34p dividend would pay out not half, but £47.60.
Also, the 0.68p special dividend would have been £102(15,000x0.68p)and to buy 1,000 shares would now cost £87.50.

The share consolidation and the special dividend was a sleight of hand con!

My share holding has dropped meaning the dividends i got have halved, leaving the special dividend meaningless..

ADVFN had technical problems about a week ago so if you've been away you may have noticed some issues. A couple of my posts on other threads went missing for example. ADVFN rectified it within 24 hours though, and I've not had any problems this week.

Shouldn't have fallen really as results were in line with accompanying news stating trading improvements in the new financial year.

Markets and Investors can be irrational sometimes.

Looks like anyone waiting on the sideline recently has decided the fall is overdone and have been buying today.

I think 8p was the bottom with good support. I missed that and paid a little more later in the day. I've learned that paying a bit more than the low is better than missing the subsequent follow up rise, as in many cases i've experienced.

However, should a sub 8p opportunity arise ( unlikely) I'll buy alot more. Can't find any other company with cash around a third of mkt val, decent yield and large increase in paying customers as reported in recent annual accounts.

I think on balance they could surprise the market with a good trading statement ahead of Interims.

Mine was in my TD account first thing yesterday morning. I used part of the special dividend to top my shareholding back up to its original level, paying 7.9475p per share.

Have most of you received your dividend payout? I don't have the cash in the account to re-invest if I choose to do so. I'm thinking about re-investing if I can get in at sub 8p. Might have missed that opportunity but needed the cash from the dividend to do so.

I've topped up a few 20,000 shares just now. Seems reasonable level. Have further funds ready, should an even better opp arise.
