19/4/2016 09:21 | 14 for every 15, what kind of a consolidation is that !!!! its not going to take the share price out of the penny share brackets. it doesn't make sense??? | maloneyt
19/4/2016 08:31 | alan@bj i'm not disagreeing with your analogy, it just seems to defeat the objective. But can't understand why they didn't make it plainer, they have not announced it openly in a rns?. I sent them an email early yesterday and thats when they told me it was buried somewhere in a report. | grannyboy
19/4/2016 08:12 | Resolution 6 states:- "The directors are proposing a return of cash to shareholders structured as a special dividend of 0.68p per ordinary share and an associated consolidation of existing ordinary shares on the basis of 14 new ordinary shares.....for every 15 existing ordinary shares." Not sure how else to interpret that other than as I already have but quite happy to be shown I'm mistaken. As well as the special dividend we will of course also receive a final dividend of 0.34p that is not accompanied by a further consolidation. | alan@bj
18/4/2016 23:33 | alan@bj can't see that explanation being right, has they'd lose 1000 pounds and the special dividend dosn't seem that special..LOL! | grannyboy
18/4/2016 17:11 | And I wonder how much they are being charged by their advisors for this revolutionary consolidation?! Perhaps robroy's suggestion of a 1 for 10 consolodation would be more useful 1. possibly reduce the spread 2. might remove the mickey mouse label/discount that often comes with penny shares. | pastybap
18/4/2016 16:16 | Apologies all. Jumped the gun a little there. Woke the board up though. | robroy2000
18/4/2016 16:04 | Hit the nail on the head there alan.Give or take. | casabella2
18/4/2016 16:02 | So the proposed consolidation is 14 new shares for every 15 currently held. If you hold 150,000 shares currently worth £15,000 at 10p per share, then you would receive a dividend of £1,020 (150,000 x 0.68p)and on consolidation would have 140,000 shares worth £14,000 - so long as the share price remains at 10p. Yes? | alan@bj
18/4/2016 15:59 | Nothing as drastic as 10.1.Just giving us a special dividend and then taking shares off us to pay for it. | casabella2
18/4/2016 15:58 | see first news article above. details to be issued during the AGM in May | maloneyt
18/4/2016 15:51 | hxxp://www.netplaytv If you go to the netplay website, investor relations, aim rule 26,click on it and scroll down until you see notice of agm.Click on it and its all there.Hope this helps. | casabella2
18/4/2016 15:32 | Its the first i've heard about the consolidation, missed the rns notice of AGM on Friday. Will email see when they announced it? | grannyboy
18/4/2016 15:07 | The consolidation does seem a to be a mystery, can`t find details anywhere at the mo. | bingham
18/4/2016 14:41 | I imagine the proposed share consolidation will be a 10:1. It may generate some interest, often tightens the spread. | robroy2000
08/4/2016 20:27 | Granny I would say the director sells although they were to pay for the warrants must be weighing on the shares. Must be quite a few in circulation to absorb the buys. | mach100
08/4/2016 15:48 | For the last 2-3 days there has been substantially more buys then sells, and yet the share price is being held back, should've been a tick up before now.... | grannyboy
06/4/2016 14:13 | Dipped my toe in with 11,350 shares | fizzypop
05/4/2016 21:24 | Thanks for the feedback on the Blog - great to hear it's appreciated. gytrader - sorry you had to suffer me on the Podcast - you'll need to complain to Justin !! Pretty sure I will be on SharePickers again in a few days. Nice timing on buying NPT when I mentioned them - they have been pretty good and seem to be on the recovery path - although of course the Wider Markets look rather iffy with that Brexit vote coming up soonish etc. Fingers crossed and all that, WD | thewheeliedealer
03/4/2016 19:41 | Thanks WD, I didn't know that!I bought shares after I heard you on sharepickers podcast. They've done pretty good since I bought.Cheers? | gytrader
02/4/2016 21:03 | Yes read your blog from the link that gytrader put up, wheeliedealer, interesting piece.. | grannyboy
02/4/2016 20:57 | Hi gytrader, Thanks for sticking the link up - as ever, with ADVFN you gotta use Capital 'T's which is a bit weird - so a clickable link should appear here: I really went to town on this one - it's been a while since I bought anything with the Market being so iffy and it was nice to go into NPT in a lot of depth. As usual, I have covered Risks, Valuation, Targets, Charts etc. Hope you like it, WD | thewheeliedealer
01/4/2016 19:39 | I'm suprised these didn't tick up today..Not large trade volume but ALL buys.. | grannyboy
