The latest Edison Research note (24th Oct) is very positive:

"The update indicates that NetDimensions' new business plan remains on track and we continue to see significant upside potential in the shares if the growth strategy is successful, as its US peers trade at a significant EV/sales premium."

The next major movement here will depend upon the acquisition(s) which do not look too far away. Staff levels increasing to cope with the additional demand.

"We continue to explore new markets and opportunities for expansion and with a strong cash balance we have the funding in place to execute quickly on any expansion plan or business opportunity."

I think owners that make quick decisions are not always making considered decisions, so this comment tells me that they actually have names in mind and the completion wont be too far away. Expect more news soon...

New banking facility in place and acquisitions on the way.

'On the back of the share placing the Company commenced its multi-year Business plan to substantially increase sales revenues, targeting US$50million in annual sales revenues within 5 years. Lanzarote - Profit is probably not coming yet due to the need to increase space etc which all builds to a temporary increase in administrative expenses which obviously offsets potential profits. Very positive outlook.

A very positive update with lots of news around boosting sales and increasing staff overhead, but no mention of profit or cash generation. Hopefully that will come later.

As they say 'the implementation of the plan is gathering pace'
