As this has taken some time to agree it could well be a minimum of 110 or I think they will walk away. The next day or two should provide the answer.

I agree - after a pretty positive statement today, we have to be looking at at least 110p..

Has a date been set for the Interim management statement?
Crossed my mind that if the deal doesn't materialise and the share price falls a lot it could then recover if the IMS was positive...but fall further if the IMS is less rosy.
Any thoughts?

Getting tempted to sell and move on from here. Got in at 49p just over year ago, can't see it going for more than 110p. Would be useful if they issued the IMS...

we should expect an update on takeover talks this monday as the IMS is due - the icing on the cake would be if they announced that results will be ahead of market expectations

or we could get shafted if they announced that the results will be worse!

given potential interest from bridgepoint who already have a domiciliary care business acquired when they bought Care UK i think they might pay 15x earnings = 110p. i would expect acromas to offer a sweetener to their 100p indication - maybe 110-115p

An announcement must be due soon. I'd be surprised if Nestor didn't go for 110p, nevertheless I would be very content with 100p.
