Name Change Effective

The Board of Paysafe Group Plc (the "Group" or "Paysafe") announces that, with immediate effect, Optimal Payments Plc has been renamed Paysafe Group Plc and the Group's website address is now www.paysafe.com.

From Tuesday 10 November 2015, the Group's London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change from OPAY.L to PAYS.L. Paysafe Group Plc shares will continue to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the ISIN will remain as GB0034264548.

Shareholdings are unaffected by the name change and existing share certificates should be retained, as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued after November 2015 will bear the name Paysafe Group Plc.
