31/5/2015 00:06 | Thank you G1g4lo. I will contact my broker and ask if they can let me know when there is an IPO involving NEOS. | whoppy
30/5/2015 22:46 | Anybody speaking to the company lately? Is there going to be an RTO / fund raising. Any info appreciated | webster is back
30/5/2015 20:26 | whoppy - these are the rules from my nominee account so I assume you will probably get involved. If not, not many would get involved but the Directors want current shareholders to get involved. Find below rules from my account which may help. I would suggest you contact your broker and check though. IPOs What is an IPO? In an Initial Public Offering (IPO), sometimes known as a stock market launch, listing or flotation, shares in a company are offered and sold to the general public for the first time. After an IPO the shares can be bought and sold freely on the open market. Where do I apply for an IPO? You can apply for an IPO within your Investment Account or ISA. Click on the IPO tab in the grey bar at the top of any page within your account and follow the on-screen steps. You will need to have enough cash in the relevant account to cover the value of the shares you wish to apply for. How do I view, change or cancel my IPO application? Click on the IPO tab in the grey bar at the top of any page within your account. The bottom section of the page displays any IPOs you have applied for. Before any allocations have been made, you can edit your application by clicking the button on the right-hand side of the page. | g1g4lo
30/5/2015 20:09 | In case there is an IPO, I can get involved from my ISA according to the rules I have read. I also hold 70% of my shares in my ISA anyway so hopefully I can get involved in additional funding when required. If I can't get involved this way, then I will not be involved as I cannot raise funds any other way. Put this post on in case others are in a similar situation. | g1g4lo
30/5/2015 18:14 | Mine are held in a nominee account. So guess I can't take part? | whoppy
29/5/2015 14:12 | I doubt they'll do a rights issue, in view of Myerson/Principle. Just PM me with your name and confirmation you're on the register. Don't worry if I don't immediately respond, I will in due course. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
29/5/2015 07:14 | If I could, yes. Can we have a rights issue? | whoppy
28/5/2015 23:15 | Jo Jo Me also - just waiting for the circular to confirm an RTO | g1g4lo
28/5/2015 20:02 | NEOS has two operating identifiers, the other being 'Head Office Services'. Both have tax losses. They were 100% certain of getting the HOS tax losses carried forward, but not so sure of the Biofuels business. They were working/negotiating hard to make the Biofuels losses available in the future. They appear to have succeeded, and now have c.£24m available from the last two years. Bear in mind they will only be of use to a profitable company, so perhaps a reasonable size business is in the pipeline. Not sure about level of dilution, as the target RTO will get the bulk of the company. Add in a bit for working capital, leaves existing holders with perhaps 5% - 10% of the new company. That company could be a £30m+ company, of which 25%+ needs to be in free float. They clearly want to see the back of the Myersons, although Teeling may still be interested in staying (and buying in the fundraising placing). I don't think they will have any qualms about diluting the Myersons which should ring alarm bells for the rest of us. That brings me to my final point... Is anyone here interested in participating in the inevitable fundraising? IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
11/5/2015 07:29 | Developments afoot at NEOS. It may be August before reorganisation takes place. AGM for 2014 due. | stephanie_m
04/5/2015 22:15 | G1 That is interesting what you have to say about the NEOS tax losses that may be available in the case of an RTO. End of June is just seven weeks away. | osborne3
04/5/2015 09:57 | As the accounts are published and the board seem to be working hard behind the scenes, we all have to hope their hard work benefits us all and a good proposal for the shareholders is delivered and achieved and NEOS gets relisted. I think we will have to wait until the end of June before we hear the proposal but I still look at the website as this is where most of us will see the next news. I wonder if the discussions with HMRC have also identified other tax losses that can be utilised. In the accounts other losses were not taken into account as NEOS is not expected to make a profit in the near term when the accounts were signed. However, if NEOS are reversed into with a profit making company then there may be other tax losses other than those in bio-fuels that can be utilised. This would completely change the horizon! | g1g4lo
03/5/2015 20:18 | That is correct Hope67, but eight months ago it looked like Neos was totally doomed. Appears there is some movement going on in the background. Other posters here are maybe more qualified to elaborate further. | webster is back
03/5/2015 13:01 | Lol not a lot else we can do but sit tight | hope67
02/5/2015 15:37 | I am led to believe that there may be some developments here next month. Just a matter of sitting tight until the new management unveil their relisting plans. | stephanie_m
20/4/2015 12:33 | Hope67 It is indeed "fantastic news". Could be a great share once again after it is relisted. Look forward to reading the relisting admission document. | stephanie_m
20/4/2015 08:13 | Fantastic news lets hope they can pull it off. | hope67
19/4/2015 22:33 | Whoppy We know the value of the tax losses, but we need to see relisting document to put any potential value on the shares. Just a matter of waiting until we hear further from the company. Appt of Nomad will be first sign of significant developments As RNS not avaiable , some research is required. | stephanie_m |
