Look at what happened at Lzye today on news of a strategic investment/takeover... up over 1,000% at one point!

This could go the same way on similar news.

We know something pretty important is going on behind the scenes, so fingers crossed and all that!

If there is news I can't see it as just securing finance from the two big shareholders..allowing the company to pursue an investing strategy. That could have been announced a long time ago. It should be about something a bit more juicier which is hopefully why it's taking so long.
A big RTO utilising the tax losses has got to be the answer otherwise apart from the listing, what else is there... and where is the value??

Companies are booming at the moment, with record IPO's etc..this has got to be ripe for something.

Yes but why has this extension not been RNSed? If not by NEOS then surely by the exchange? Perhaps it is worth contacting the AIM powers that be?

Every extra day is a positive. The longer (within reason) the better.

Clearly only directors and parties to any possible transaction will be privvy to what's going on. Everyone else will be told at the same time via RNS. NEOS have obviously been given some kind of extension by the LSE.

The implication is it could be something quite big!

I thought the nomad just said "if there is news it will come out via rns". It's still an aim stock and, though suspended, insider rules still apply, so I can't see anyone saying much else.

Honestly what is going on here? These things are cut and dry. If they have secured an extension the market should be aware of that. Could someone who has time please clarify with the nomad whether or not they have been given an extension?
