01/7/2014 12:39 | 1st July today, and still no announcement - so if the 6 month rule did perhaps work on a calendar month basis we're still over it. They must be doing something important behind the scenes and got an extension from the LSE to finalise it, whatever it is. The most likely things are a financed business plan, a new cornerstone investor or a full RTO. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
30/6/2014 15:45 | A touch of Tommy Cooper then | solarno lopez
30/6/2014 15:44 | It is strange they have not announced curtains..it's now a week late. Maybe given a few days grace while they try and save the listing, but I'm not sure how strict the LSE is on delistings. | whoppy
30/6/2014 13:31 | I'm pleased Teeling is still a major holder here. I suspect he, more than anyone, will thus be looking after all PIs interests... along with his own. Pure guesswork of course! As already stated the longer this runs over 6 months the better. It implies something substantial is going on behind the scenes which has enabled them to get permission to extend the normal time limit. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
30/6/2014 09:13 | And still no news got to be something happening unless they've all absconded to Switzerland and Finncap can't get hold of them. | hope67
28/6/2014 09:45 | I was not insinuating that there would be any involvement from lenigas but merely pointing out what can happen when a resources company looks like it is about to fold. They have been putting out strange messages saying there was a need to get results out as soon a possible but they would not be as a going concern and that no agreement could be reached between Myerson and Teeling. So why are they still here? The 6 month suspension has come and gone and they surely have to say something to shareholders shortly.Possibly next week | aidenabettin
27/6/2014 22:39 | Someone like Lenigas here= me a richer person alot sooner than I could have imagined:D | as119
27/6/2014 21:38 | Can just see it now lol, Teeling and Lenigas join together to save Neos if only | hope67
27/6/2014 17:41 | from the AfriAg results Since the creation of AfriAg a year ago, the Company had only raised a net GBP600,000 to year end to rescue the previous business (previously 3D Resources plc, which had been scheduled for de-listing from AIM), pay out old outstanding creditors and invest in a number of agri related businesses. The recent GBP400,000 funding in June 2014 significantly improved the Company's balance sheet and will enable the Company to grow and continue with its stated investment policy. What we need from NEOS is an AGM date and a statement regarding its new investment policy.Thats if there is to be one and the company is to continue. I dont think they can extend this much further although the reason for suspension(accounts) Stranger things have happened | aidenabettin
27/6/2014 12:19 | You username suits our situation Hope 'The Exchange will cancel the admission of AIM securities where these have been suspended from trading for six months.' couldn't be clearer. Fingers crossed | applelover
27/6/2014 08:35 | Where an admission or cancellation of AIM securities is being notified, the reason need only be brief, e.g. "exercise of options". Any changes in the number of shares in issue requires liaison with Market Operations (telephone +44 (0)20 7797 1473) so that they can arrange for the appropriate dealing notice to be released. I've got to go to work now but maybe someone can give them a call | hope67
27/6/2014 08:25 | Cancellation 41. An AIM company which wishes the Exchange to cancel admission of its AIM securities must notify such intended cancellation and must separately inform the Exchange of its preferred cancellation date at least twenty business days prior to such date and savewhere the Exchange otherwise agrees, the cancellation shall be conditional upon the consent of not less than 75% of votes cast by its shareholders given in a general meeting. The Exchange will cancel the admission of AIM securities where these have been suspended from trading for six months. | hope67
27/6/2014 08:10 | Still no news. I wonder if aim would provide any information? Anyone know the regulation that covers the six months rule? | applelover
26/6/2014 17:55 | Hope - thanks for your reply and effort to find out. Does look like something is happening then and just hope it gets resolved and my 2,5% is worth something at least :-) | g1g4lo
26/6/2014 17:45 | Stockhope Syndrome - looks like you judge a book by it's cover If you have been here for a while, you will be aware that I have 2,5% and invested early last year. Not much point in lying when the share is suspended and may lose the lot. | g1g4lo
26/6/2014 16:44 | LOl yes if you are gullible enough to believe anonymous BB liars | stockhope syndrome
26/6/2014 16:41 | Looks like a few of us on here could own close to 15% between us! Jo | jojo_jo
26/6/2014 16:05 | Hope67 What exactly was your question? | g1g4lo
26/6/2014 15:48 | Got this reply back I am afraid I can't answer your question at this time but will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible Kind Regards Stuart At least he replied | hope67
26/6/2014 14:24 | applelover shares x 15 and if it ends in a nice agreement, I should be 15 times happier lol | g1g4lo
26/6/2014 13:43 | Fingers crossed guys. I've only got 296612 shares here so losing this won't be the end of my world. However if this does simply fizzle out the frustration will come from knowing what could have been with these tax losses. Let's hope the probable game of chicken between the protagonists has ended in a nice agreement. | applelover
26/6/2014 11:31 | Jo Thanks will send an email now. | hope67
26/6/2014 11:27 | Hope67, I picked one address from the FinnCap contacts page and copied in 3 other eMail addresses. I had a couple of 'out of office' replies and the written one from Stuart Andrews. Keep trying to contact them. The more the merrier! It wouldn't hurt NEOS to announce something - after all the stock is suspended. If something as big as the Ethanol Plantation was to be dropped in here it would be a real gamechanger. Remember there has to be a 25% free float, and the main shareholders won't want to hurt/dilute themselves unless there is a corresponding (bigger) gain via a substantial m/cap uplift. The Ethanol plantation could have a m/cap ieo £100m. More realistically it could be the flotation of an existing Principle holding or fund, eg. Nicholas Holdings. There certainly appear to be signs of life here, and the longer we run over the cancellation deadline the more likely an extension has (for good reason) been arranged. Just thinking aloud. IMPO/DYOR/NAI Jo | jojo_jo
26/6/2014 08:26 | G1g Thank you lets hope the two main shareholders have come to an agreement. | hope67 |
