I don't like the way the company is burning cash. It looks as if they will be out of money very soon; the fund raising might have to be done at a significant discount to the current share price.

Going by the way the share price is behaving, I suspect the interim results will not make pleasant reading. The departure of directors is not usually a good sign.

Your post hints at some positives and negatives.Execs leaving and no replacements in place is very bad.What about forward planning? Did they not know the capabilities of these people?Still a short for now

Company is doing very well indeed, in the US and Europe. More will be revealed with the interims which come out early Feb. Executives left because they weren't good enough...better replacements are being spoken to.
US side alone is worth 3x current market cap....wouldn't be surprised is it was floated on NASDAQ.
Company is in closed period so can't say anything, which is a shame!
Buying opportunity for sure.

Agree TEB. This has constantly diluted shareholders with a number of fund raisings. US very tough for non US companies and regulation is moving forward at slower than snails pace.

Best avoided unit it proves it can monetise the deals and get market traction.

Zeus note puts the company on 3x June 2018.....PR story seems to be getting out there...albeit slowly.

6/2016 T/O £15m EBITDA +£0.2m
6/2017 T/O £30m EBITDA +£5.4m EPS +21.4p

On that basis cheap IMHO

Still an unknown entity on AIM...this will pick up when word gets round and the market can measure how well it's going. I am only hearing positive news on this one.
