One thing Kibo does better imo is that every small development is often RNSed whilst NCCL seems to lump a whole host of developments all in one news release. If this share would have much more frequent RNSes then perhaps there would be a lot more interest.

Yes, just a positive nugget would be good. The 31 August RNS stated they were still confident of signing in Q3. What's happened since to kick the can down the road this far?

Yes it's tiresome. Just need a box ticked like the cost audit to kick things off. You've got to wonder what the BOD do with their time when they're just waiting for approvals. Hope their golf handicaps are coming down.

Saying that, I have never seen the spread so tight here as today 5.60-5.65.

It was mentioned at the AGM that the newsflow would start this month. Everything was in final form and just required signing off, apart from the Chinese Govt permission which is just a formality.

More professional investors are taking note of the company and I would expect further large buys popping up in the coming days.
