12/9/2016 18:00 | EDL has been doing pretty well too lately and they don't have a gold project like KIBO. ORCP now has a MCAP of £30m plus, but no deal just yet. I must say I am at a complete loss why NCCL has been lagging now for so long. They have a deal, there is a loan facility, which means no dilution to come for a while and yet there seems to be hardly any interest still. | novicetrade68
12/9/2016 17:35 | Mike - IBFS and financial closure due on MCPP - settled a loan with a 2.5% equity stake in the MCPP, valuing it at $100m pre IBFS and after a heavy discount (MAP is still 97.5% KIBO) - extended loan with same lender has been drawn down early (1st time?) - spin off a gold project into a new JV and a new listed Co with free shares for holders (close date for register not announced) - set dates on the 22nd of each month for the rest of the year, for milestones to be met to conclude JV with SEPCO on MCPP - the first being back costs due this month That's only some of the projects. | thelung
12/9/2016 17:23 | Was thinking exactly the same thing Mike! | mcfifi88
12/9/2016 17:05 | Oh well...held most of the gain and finished above 6p Can anybody briefly explain why KIBO have been going so mental last few days? (steep rise and heavy volumes) I thought NCCLs project was much further advanced...or is it that the herd have discovered KIBO? I see a fair few rampers/derampers i recognise. | nav_mike
12/9/2016 11:29 | hmm...will we at last break the 5p-6p range once and for all ? Looking better now, higher volume would be nice ! | novicetrade68
09/9/2016 19:00 | Whoever bought up a million this afternoon thinks the same.Highest volume in a while, buys reported as sells all week.News is coming :) | jamie414
09/9/2016 17:36 | Good day here. I sense big news may be imminent. | doshdabbler
05/9/2016 14:07 | Nothing wrongIt's simply not in the mainstream until it isInvestors/traders yet to grasp the window of opportunity SEP sign off all but done bar Govt approval No dilution post AFC & shareholders loansThere will be free air in this stock soon with the only sellers being holders derisking It's like institutions will queue up to buy this stock once the JDA goes unconditional Note in last RNS the 1 liner that the UAE JV vehicle sorted. The audit conclusion follows with scope for back costs paid by SEPI'd expect 10-15p area on unconditional JDA Remember the free float is only c50% though. So hard for a proper investor to buy in size. | pvw
03/9/2016 11:44 | Positive RNS Thursday stating everything is on track.AGM announced for first week October. What do you think is wrong?Yes we have had some selling going on, but not huge amounts? | jamie414
03/9/2016 00:44 | In what way Turbo? | jamie414
02/9/2016 23:54 | Somethings not right here | turbotrader2
31/8/2016 14:20 | So am I right in saying that all that's left now is the audit and Chinese regulatory approval? | mcfifi88
31/8/2016 12:26 | Seems to look a little bit perkier now. Yes, the loan is not the cheapest, on the other hand, no dilution either. | novicetrade68
31/8/2016 10:06 | Generally positive update on the whole, although a little vague once again on timescales Good to see they are arranging finance through to financial close (mid-2017) rather than just the start of the JDA. I have to say though, I thought the interest rate being charged by AFC on that loan (same as the shareholder loan ie 50%), is scandalous. I guess it will all be forgotten as and when the project is delivered, but AFC are certainly not doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. | nav_mike
22/8/2016 18:59 | I hope it's not going to go down to the last days!.....29 trading days to go, I hope this all goes as smoothly as it can.GLA | jamie414
22/8/2016 14:46 | I really believe this is a done deal however you can never rule out further delays. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan this quarter. | mcfifi88
22/8/2016 08:18 | No posts for 11 days...blimey! I guess we are all sitting here hoping that when NCCL say 3rd quarter, they dont mean 23:59 on the 30th :) All the best to fellow patient holders | nav_mike
11/8/2016 09:00 | Someone happy to lay out full ask for 250k this morning Yesterday it looked like the MMs had regained access to their line of stock....fair few 50k to knock the price lower | nav_mike
08/8/2016 16:36 | nice to see for a change ;-) | novicetrade68
08/8/2016 16:12 | Yet again too much selling at the 6p mark for us to hold onto gains. These resistance levels become self-fulfilling Frustrating that people want to sell so close to pivotal news, but I guess thats the joy of a free market Edit - I take it back lol....buyers came back with a mini-vengeance :) | nav_mike
03/8/2016 19:59 | Good read Novice, so the plan by SEP is to eventually sell into the SA Grid? Hence the change in design to pulverised coal technology. | jamie414
03/8/2016 18:19 | Here's a nice read : | novicetrade68
03/8/2016 15:26 | Not huge sells though are they, just bits and pieces. Someone came in with a nice buy @6p nearly £10k worth. | jamie414
03/8/2016 13:19 | Sigh....looks like 6p will indeed be a resistance point. People just cant keep their fingers off that sell button | nav_mike |
