   BOARD CHANGES 
 
   The Board of NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the 
"Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Trudi Clark as a 
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Ms Clark 
will replace Chris Sherwell who has resigned today from the Board in 
accordance with the Proposals outlined in the Company's Circular dated 
28 March 2017. 
 
   Ms Clark, a Chartered Accountant has over 30 year experience in the 
finance industry.  Having spent 10 years in public practice, she moved 
to Schroders in the Channel Islands in 1995 where she became Banking 
Director in 2000 and CEO in 2003.  In recent years she has returned to 
public practice specialising in corporate restructuring services. Ms 
Clark also has several Non-Executive Director appointments for companies 
both listed and non-listed investing in property, private equity and 
other assets. 
 
   Talmai Morgan, Chairman of the Company, said: "The Board of NB Private
