Thanks PJ. But as I understood this, it's about the PNG Gov not putting up funds the Co say it was due to pay and therefore they suspended work.

Harold the "banker" in Canada was never going to buy up shares. Apparently he has form on this with other companies. But I was actually wondering given his public utterances, did he not engage in a "verbal" contract and would it not be possible to force his hand in the Canadian courts. (dreaming I guess). G

Today's conference sounded positive. Papa new guinea dispute seems to be over patent rights to the technology. Sure this will be sorted out soon and we can get on with the project. Cash burn has been reduced significantly so cash pile isn't going to be harmed. Net cash £50m. Market cap £60m. Good value here

From the ABC story:

"The system is not a new system - the technology has been around"

Really?

Thanks for that Top.

I can't see it sending the stock flying. But it would be even better if the letters M and P were switched around!

NUS. get in there. This could send the stock flying on TSX later and here on LSE which is already discounted to TSX anyway. Sellers Friday may regret it very soon.

PNG MP wants no delays on seabed mining project

It's a sign of desperation, they can't even afford a few k for an AIM listing. Big mark of no confidence. Who's going to buy? Muppets like Topinfo, helping Bailey unload his stock.

The fall was overdone on todays news...these will be mopped up on the TSX....I can see one of the major shareholders accumulating more if not interested in an outright hostile bid!!!! Should claw back all the losses from this morning!!!

Bailey last unsolicited bid was $1.10 CAD which was 69p. Current share price on TSX NUS is $0.45 which is 28p-30p by my calcs and thats at its low now. No reason NUS will get sold off anymore on TSX after this news re LSE but I do think it will get bought up here as 25% cheaper than their price and soon all stock will be on TSX anway.

Good news or a bid may still come out, todays Rns doesnt change that at all.

I'm sorry that the bid did not come and hence nothing I could say however todays reaction has been grossly over estimated in terms of the fall. I have too added on the drop as I beleive these are worth alot more. Lets see if this really does get Mr bailey agitated!!!!
