22/5/2012 08:44 | Hi DG,its on the Notice of results RNS issued yesterday just tagged on the end like its just a minor thing | riddlerone
22/5/2012 08:33 | According to Sharescope newspage yesterday an announcement form NGR saying whilst discussions still ongoing with the Gibraltar Govt there is not expected to be any return to normal operations before 2H of the financial year. Curious in that there is only 10 days left of the 1H; and no announcement of this on the Co website????? | dgwinterbottom
16/5/2012 06:38 | You are welcome Norbert,as ever we will be the last to know when its too late. | riddlerone
15/5/2012 19:35 | Thanks for the link riddleone - shame we don't get any such news from our damn board... | norbert colon
15/5/2012 17:14 | Still a long way until this unravels itself | riddlerone
02/5/2012 19:21 | Work would appear to be at least ongoing....... | dgwinterbottom
25/4/2012 10:27 | Stumbled across this on the web - quite interesting (albeit from last year). | norbert colon
18/4/2012 14:39 | Henry - thanks - Looks like buying interest at 38p but very much depends on how serious the seller is (imo) The "black cloud" is that I know I, as an investor have lost confidence in management - therefore will need a significanlty lower price to hedge my perceived risk. 15:22 edited - Management just issued standard rns Know of no reason for this fall in the share price. What do they expect for treating the investors like mushrooms (Kept in the dark and covered with manure) - IMO This rns is a negative rather than a positive. | pugugly
18/4/2012 13:15 | Thanks, henry. | saucepan
18/4/2012 13:04 | Saucepan ... probably a few shorters looking at the forecast 2.2 EPS & insurance dispute. | henryatkin
18/4/2012 12:01 | I keep NGR on my watchlist, but the chart sure looks ugly at present. | saucepan
18/4/2012 11:58 | Pugugly ...I don't believe there's any point in trying to guess where the bottom is. To me it doesn't matter as I won't be a buyer until after the results. I can't begin to put a reasonable value going forward until I see the numbers. I suspect there might be a big bounce after the results if the figures are anything like I anticipate but I think it could be a year or two before it gets back the investor confidence its lost. Book Value would take the share price down to 33p which would equal a PER of 17 based on 1.9 EPS. The share price is already below what I anticipate fair value for year end 12/13 (assuming the insurance is lost money) so I may be a bit pessimistic about 33p. - in any event, I wait in the wings. | henryatkin
17/4/2012 15:09 | Now below last placing so cannot see any support - Reinforces the worries I express in post 314 above. Edited after market closed:- Sales volume appears to be building - Subject to validity of AFN allocations -over 80K shares sold at a loss against last placing. Anyone like to guess a bottom as appears to be little or no buying support.? | pugugly
17/4/2012 14:24 | Nobby - Interesting point, I could'nt find it either. The figure usually accompanies the wages & salary costs but I could find no record of that either!! Interesting!! | dgwinterbottom
14/4/2012 12:34 | Does anyone know total number of employees for Y/E 2010 and also for Y/E 2011? Cant seem to find the numbers in the 2010 Annual Rpt (they are there for 2009 - 39No). Thanks Nobby | norbert colon
12/4/2012 20:13 | Nobby- I am with you in that the present price I feel is support and we need to see which way it goes from here. My last email to the Chief Exec was to try and draw out some info that was to some extent useful, in that at least they are still in talks with the Govt about restoration of operations! | dgwinterbottom
12/4/2012 18:47 | I am still here as currently I am still in profit and believe the current price to be a partial support. That said I do not rule out at all that bad news on the Gibraltar case will be bad news for the share price but I will only take that as a chance to potentially add rather than to sell. Would be good to have an update from the board. Nobby | norbert colon
12/4/2012 10:43 | No news for over 6 weeks -Total silence from the Company worries me (often I have found a sign of bad news in the pipeline) PLUS as no BB news/post an idication that most PI's have given up. Or am I too severe ???? | pugugly
25/2/2012 19:28 | I have recived a reply from the CEO in respect of items I raised in the recent Trading Statement! On the issue of the Insurance Claim being denied he stated that they were advised at the outset, that this would be the response to expect form the Insurers and in response to them could prove equipment had been maintained and indeed upgraded over recent years and they have invoices to prove such maintenance work was carried out. However it was deemed prudent in the meantime to proceed on the basis that the claim may not be satisfied. He also stated they had at this time excellent relations with the Govt and had just completed a joint risk impact study, which will ensure that they can start operating in the near future. | dgwinterbottom
12/2/2012 08:29 | Nobby - I agree with you, I too like the stock and as Dozey3 states it ticks quite a few boxes but I feel it will be some time before they can draw a line under the Gibraltar incident. My thoughts tie in with yours that they seem to be trying to muddy the waters by trying to put emphasis on the emergency services. I get the impression they are and will continue to try and bluster through the affair, dont suppose they can do much else really. | dgwinterbottom
05/2/2012 17:07 | Doze - Yes I take your point to which I reply, watch this space....... | dgwinterbottom |
