uep mkt cap now £5.5m, only 15k offered there at close after some late buying. With only 300 pieces offered here. Could get interesting. Am I the only one left?

Universal has been assisted in the expansion of its coking coal resource base by existing shareholder Natasa Mining Ltd ("Natasa"). The two companies have entered into an ongoing facilitation agreement whereby Natasa will be issued six (6) million shares in Universal subject to the successful consolidation of the Cygnus coking coal asset. The shares will be issued in accordance with Listing Rule 7.1 and are to be escrowed for 24 months.

NSN gave UVC an undiclosed sum of cash. In return NSN will receive another 6m UVC shares.

That's from memory, check the UVC RNS at end of January.

I'd look it up bot am a bit busy now.

Et: THe new shares will be held in Escrow for 24 months.

Edit: THe one at end January mentions NSN from memory.

What did we help out UVC with £5mill cash ? i did not see any RNS.

80% of UEP is now worth over 14p per NSN share ! Yet it's written down to zero on the balance sheet in the name of prudence. Very strange.

FWIW I expect NSN to have about GBP 26m cash on their books at the results due to helping out UVC. I also expect NSN to take up the 6m UVC shares but that will not be reported in the results but an update on the situation would be nice.

border, its a no brainer due to the cashpile. Investment in unv going well, see chart, so anything exciting like png is certainly welcome.
