Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ) announces that on 29(th) September 2015, the Company's Board of Directors has formalised an undertaking made by the previous Board that 1,683,835 fully vested options with an exercise price of 6.94p granted to Prof C Toumazou on 30 September 2005 and due to expire on 30 September 2015 have been extended by 12 months to expire on 30 September 2016
