Perhaps upping the stake there might be worthwhile.

"AppliedSensor is ranked 32nd in Sweden, based on its revenue growth of more than 650 percent over the past three years, and ranked 254th in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)."..............seems good to me.

A slightly more detailed story from ISSCC and it seems to suggest that the global partner is indeed U.S. based (which we've probably concluded anyway).

Don't worry ,Toumaz is streets ahead, hence the recent deal.No-one ever said there'd be no competition, all the more reason to celebrate when Toumaz becomes the defacto solution.

Regarding disclosures, have the AIM rules changed? I presume the extract below is the reason we have not seen the flip side of the recent CVS disposal.

Related party transactions
13. This rule applies to any transaction whatsoever with a related party which exceeds 5% in any of the class tests.

I can't find any reference to 3% thresholds and 1% increments,Apparently its up to NAN to update us via the website once every six months (insofar as it is aware) as to the significant holdings. So,just for the record

Seymour Pierce Ellis, stockbrokers 7,352,500 (3.38)
A.N.OTHER (or one/all of above) 7.400,000 (ex CVS holding.)

That was the position at 07/08/07,so I guess we're due an update.

You dont need to register to read it.

There is a whole one page spread in the FT, its an interview with Chris Toumazou talking about imperial college and the institute of Bio Engineering and the spin outs. It mentions nanos and the digital plasters.

Interesting comment on CVS RNS (re Bluewater Bio disposal)

" These shares, in addition to certain other shareholdings that have been disposed of at the same time, are being acquired by institutional shareholders"

Yep,only had a brief look at CVS but they appear to be forced sellers.Various things going wrong there, not a reflection on the situation here at NAN.

don,
looks like CVS are in need of some cash pronto, share price on the floor, investors that were willing to invest large stakes have fled the nest. my worry is why????? lets hope SAAD pick up the slack.

Would be nice if the board ( or any member of ) chose this time to lift their stake,my money is still on SAAD or AWAL BANK (SAAD subsiduary).

Well, as mentioned, perhaps CVS needed some extra cash. They seemed to have only two easily realizable investments in their portfolio to dispose off. So not reading anything sinister in them opting to dispose of their NAN shares. In present market they were probably 'happy' to get 7p for them considering they were off-loading 4% of a company that has a mkt cap of only about £15m.
