Everything is relative humbugg......

Who would ever imagine that I would be able to say (in my opinion) my investment here is at least as safe as in any bank you care to mention.I do not blame you for going to cash.
As always,I will continue to judge this on the newsflow and am looking to the next event which I hope will be authored by the new chairman. When he gets his feet firmly under the table I expect an operational update with a very forthright view of where this needs to get to.
You pays your money, you make your choice, good luck to anybody who has cashed in, its a very difficult market but it will present opportunities.Always remember rule 1 if you like a good nights sleep.

EDIT........It appears those of us who are still interested will be catching up on a new thread

I would be very grateful to any premium holder for starting a new thread on the new company epic TMZ.L .......papalpower ? any chance?

PS. don't be surprised if the advfn system takes several days to recognise TMZ.L

humbugg................anything could happen in this market (a la CVS).

I presume you no longer hold so I will view your prediction on that basis. What I have seen so far amounts to distressed pi's bailing, when I see other evidence I will make a judgement.

RULE 1. Never invest more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

RULE 2. Try to understand this principle........

I think some pi's have "capitulated" though not significantly up to this moment, what is happening is MMs taking advantage.....just my opinion.

I could not discount the possibility of more fundraising and that is why I am waiting before adding.Keep your eye on it though, its a very interesting set up and they expect to break even by end of 2009 (that is a bit optimistic IMHO).
Difficult to know how much they are recieving from Cardinal/Texas Instruments/DIadvisor project. They have always alluded to "new investors" in previous accounts but they didn't in the most recent, not sure if you can read anything into that,I still think they may need to raise a "smallish" amount.

Nothing wrong with staying under the radar for a while longer,it will give you and I chance to acquire more when funds permit. So long as the underlying story is as good as we all suspect. I will be happy just to get to the other side of recession with the story still intact.

There is just no interest in smaller companies at the moment.

If i had any spare cash i would be topping up here.

I am even more convinced now about the success of this company

This is all about reducing costs, ultimately less hospitals, less beds, less staff, and for me,this equates to more remote monitoring of patients.......the need for Sensium products has never been more relevant.

In Aug07 I posted this link which was an article from march 2006...

"Philips Semiconductor, Infineon Technologies and Texas Instruments are all eyeing the RF CMOS market. But there are also a number of smaller specialists making an impact."

Sometimes its just nice to reflect on the way things come together......v.nice.

EDIT....for those new to this, now we are in bed with 2 of the 3 (metaphorically).

Interesting para in todays IMG interim management statement

"Outside the UK, we are seeing real progress in countries switching from analogue to digital radio and, based on its new multi-standard product range, we expect PURE to play a strong role in these emerging markets. We anticipate
that PURE's export sales will develop and grow with these trends."

By my reckoning that phrase"new multi-standard product range," is a clear indication that the FW Fenix chip will be in all PURE products from now on.

I would probably agree but its hard to guess the extent to which Cardinal and Texas have underwritten the R&D.Still,I have been expecting some funding requirement and so far........nothing.

Looks to me as though they will need some more cash before reaching positive cash flow.

At last, reducing losses, things are shaping up nicely.

Should be attracting a lot of attention in 2009,plenty of time to squirrel some more away.
