Slippy the wise man arrives after seeing the QD light above the stables of Runcorn and says his profound wise words warning us to move on.

We all know how much LG And Samsung have with the Display market in the world and ME has stated that DOW is concrentraing on the two major OEMs outhere.

Act the fool don't be the fool. An old saying you would be wise to take note of.

Dow for me is the dark horse - I think we would have heard news of production from Runcorn / WH sales. My feeling is still Samsung and little or nothing from LG.

Couldn't sleep with that kind of risk - I may be lined up for a loss but at least it's limited - all power to your conviction!

I have seen stocks RISE after calls for more cash. This could easily happen for Nanoco as, like I said, the long-term future is secure. So: Nanoco asks for cash; shorters lose. Wah Hong has started ordering dots from Nanoco; shorters lose. Merck has started ordering from Nanoco: shorters lose. Dow has orders for 2017 production; shorters lose. Really, with so many guns pointed at you, it's madness shorting this stock. You're betting against an entire industry headed up by Dow and Merck and you trust your own judgement against them? Just wow.

Merck is not "miles away". They are wanting supply right now to send to their film guys. You shorters are a weird bunch, utterly incapable of seeing the big strategic picture.

We'll see sales figures 2017. The tech sells: see Samsung SUHD. There is an LCD price-war. CFQD is a differentiator enabling HDR and WCG. The optical quality of Nanoco's dots is award-winning, and endorsed by plant-building decisions of Dow and Merck. Long-term this stock is solid and secure.

Thanks to all of ntbb, onething and night terrors for very helpful analyses.

Looks like a replay of last year. share price hit 41p the day before the December 10th AGM, 2015. Don't think we had any sort of info leak last year. Will be fascinating to see whether we get an AGM bounce, as last year.

I am of the opinion that the AGM is judgement day for both ME and Nanoco.

Four big questions:

What is the amount of royalty payment from DOW?

Will ME finally nail down earnings visability with figures and dates?

What are the sales figures pertaining to WAH HONG?

What is present cash burn? How much was paid for the Kodak IP? When will cash in bank be exhausted?
