13/12/2016 16:42 | ME has quite simply got to pull an ace out at the AGM. It will br s case of No news is bsd news if he doesnt. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 16:40 | Slippy the wise man arrives after seeing the QD light above the stables of Runcorn and says his profound wise words warning us to move on. | syd777
13/12/2016 16:36 | We all know how much LG And Samsung have with the Display market in the world and ME has stated that DOW is concrentraing on the two major OEMs outhere. | syd777
13/12/2016 16:34 | Syd Act the fool don't be the fool. An old saying you would be wise to take note of. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 16:27 | Dow for me is the dark horse - I think we would have heard news of production from Runcorn / WH sales. My feeling is still Samsung and little or nothing from LG. | howl01
13/12/2016 16:26 | If anyone here takes Slippys figures here seriously they would be better believing in fairies! | syd777
13/12/2016 16:22 | Couldn't sleep with that kind of risk - I may be lined up for a loss but at least it's limited - all power to your conviction! | howl01
13/12/2016 16:21 | I have seen stocks RISE after calls for more cash. This could easily happen for Nanoco as, like I said, the long-term future is secure. So: Nanoco asks for cash; shorters lose. Wah Hong has started ordering dots from Nanoco; shorters lose. Merck has started ordering from Nanoco: shorters lose. Dow has orders for 2017 production; shorters lose. Really, with so many guns pointed at you, it's madness shorting this stock. You're betting against an entire industry headed up by Dow and Merck and you trust your own judgement against them? Just wow. | fil340
13/12/2016 16:20 | bags I have made serious money here and with couple of other dogs, so not overly conccerned. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 16:16 | Slippy answering your own question to yourself. | syd777
13/12/2016 16:16 | Leveraged not doubt. That's painful if some good news did ever land. | bagpuss67
13/12/2016 16:14 | And nowhere nesr all-in. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 16:13 | I am short 285,000 shares. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 16:09 | Merck is not "miles away". They are wanting supply right now to send to their film guys. You shorters are a weird bunch, utterly incapable of seeing the big strategic picture. | fil340
13/12/2016 16:06 | How1 yes Merck is miles away,will DOW start full production supplying LG? | syd777
13/12/2016 15:59 | slippery so whats your total short position | john henry
13/12/2016 15:58 | Certainly the questions I would like answered slippy - and not some Merck- related distraction BS..... | howl01
13/12/2016 15:57 | If you say so fil. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 15:55 | We'll see sales figures 2017. The tech sells: see Samsung SUHD. There is an LCD price-war. CFQD is a differentiator enabling HDR and WCG. The optical quality of Nanoco's dots is award-winning, and endorsed by plant-building decisions of Dow and Merck. Long-term this stock is solid and secure. | fil340
13/12/2016 15:55 | To tell you the truth. I am hoping for a fools bounce post AGM based on nothing but smoke and mirrors, so I can double this mornings short position. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 15:52 | Ah yes mr oz, but the last 3 are really just one. | slipperysidewinder
13/12/2016 15:48 | well i sold around 100k this AM from 37p . holding 100k LT. | john henry
13/12/2016 15:45 | that's 6 questions SSW , ffs Agreed , however -> visibility is the key out of AGM | mr.oz
13/12/2016 15:44 | Thanks to all of ntbb, onething and night terrors for very helpful analyses. Looks like a replay of last year. share price hit 41p the day before the December 10th AGM, 2015. Don't think we had any sort of info leak last year. Will be fascinating to see whether we get an AGM bounce, as last year. | enteleon
13/12/2016 15:41 | fil I am of the opinion that the AGM is judgement day for both ME and Nanoco. Four big questions: What is the amount of royalty payment from DOW? Will ME finally nail down earnings visability with figures and dates? What are the sales figures pertaining to WAH HONG? What is present cash burn? How much was paid for the Kodak IP? When will cash in bank be exhausted? | slipperysidewinder |
