How do you know that Baillie Gifford tranded less than 2.3%. I cannot find any information on it.

Any material changes in revenue projections for this financial year should be declared by the board.

Or put differently, you're assuming the world's going to end because Baillie Gifford traded less than 2.3% of their overall shareholding.

I don't doubt there have been mistakes or that this company is anything but frustrating, but the same conveyor belt of rubbish appears on here day in day out. Until we know what revenue is going to look like going forward then, as you say, everything is pure speculation.

wjs for example, Baillie gifford hold 22+ mil shares as of 7th December
yesterday 500k +plus shares traded. at that rate it will only take
44 days to dispose of their entire holding, you won't know until its
to late.

Slippery - Bore off, you've been harping on about sub-25 for the past 6 months. You obviously don't know as much as you let on and your days of manipulating the price by posting consistently negative speculation are over, as people can see right through it.

A break below 40 key support is inevitable unless ME does the unthinkable and issues succinct news and unambiguous detail of progress.

This could get very messy here very quickly if Nanoco loses further institutional support which just maybe happening as I type.
