Nakama Group expands into North America with the launch of its New York office

Nakama New York Inc. opens its doors with Jane Richardson appointed as Managing Director

Nakama Group plc (AIM: NAK), the AIM quoted international recruitment consultancy providing staff for the Web, Interactive, Digital Media, IT and Business Change sectors, has announced the launch of its latest office, Nakama New York Inc. with Jane Richardson appointed as Managing Director. The launch into North America is part of the Group's strategic global expansion plan with five offices already established in cities across Asia and Europe.

Jane joins the growing senior management team at Nakama Global from Aquent, a global staffing and outsourcing firm, where she was Director of Strategic Relationships across the UK. For over 16 years, Jane built and led a successful team of consultants that serviced both temporary and permanent talent for the digital creative, print and marketing sectors.

Nakama New York Inc. already boasts an impressive client list and has a number of live roles with various top New York and International agencies. Jane will work closely with Paul Goodship, Managing Director of Nakama London on growing a specialist team of recruitment consultants to meet US market demand.
