Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Group has today been notified that today, Ken Ford, Non-Executive Chairman, sold 9,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") and John Higham, Non-Executive Director, sold 7,430,000 Shares, both at a price of 1.8 pence per Share.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr. Ford in the Group is 3,999,997 Shares, representing approximately 3.4% of the issued share capital of the Group and the beneficial holding of John Higham 1,838,078 Shares representing approximately 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Group.

The Group has also today been notified that today Mark Dixon, a substantial shareholder in the Group, sold 9,500,000 Shares leaving him with 11,500,000 Shares representing 9.8% of the issued share capital of the Group.

Sheffield Haworth Limited, an executive search, interim consulting and talent advisory company, has purchased 28,430,000 Shares in aggregate at a price of 1.8 pence per Share, representing 24.1% of the issued share capital of the Group.
