Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Mytrah Energy, the India-based independent power producer, announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2016 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Notice of AGM as dispatched to shareholders of the Company are available to view on the Company's website: www.mytrah.com.
The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday 25 July 2017 at 12.00 noon, at Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HT, Channel Islands.
The final results for the year to 31 December 2016 were released to the Market on 12 June 2017.
