Major Shareholder Announcement

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, notes the "TR1: Notification of Major Interest in Shares" announcement released this morning and is pleased to note that pursuant to the TR1, Imperium Ltd, a subscriber to tranche 2 of the equity placing announced on 10 April 2017, acquired 30,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the open market, as of 18 April 2017, corresponding to approximately 7.6 per cent of the total number of shares and voting rights currently in issue, in addition to its subscription to tranche 2.
