I'm rather surprised at how long it is taking the market is to wake up to just what a huge deal MXC have done here with ECV.Let's lay it out:MXC is investing £8.7mThey end up with * 20% of the company* 6% of evergreen warrants (most at the 67p placing price but some at 61p)* and £2 million in fees!!!!MXC get 6% of warrants and £2m in fees!!!(Reference clause 13.10-13.11 of the admission document.)DYORGLA

Lets deal with FACTS.


I said this would be tipped by the largest investment magazine in the UK 4 days before it was price 2.8p

I posted that on here 4 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

4 DAYS LATER ..........it was tipped by the top investment magazine in the UK.

SP............3.3p

Now I am saying it will be re-tipped re-confirmed this coming Fri.

3p to buy at time of my post.

What on Earth has all of that got to do with MXCP, its Investments and Shareholdings, the past 12 months and what may develop in the near to medium turn ??!!!!!
