What a fantastic place this is during current turmoil to bed down all profits.

Right, thanks for that praipus. I've also 're read it again . So it's a share buy back at 3.6p per share leaving the company with less shares in issue so our percentage of holdings will stay the same.

pleaty1,

treat it as a divi but from a tax perspective it will be a capital gain or loss depending on your buy price.

If you tender your entire holding its an exit at 3.6p with no spread or commission charges.

If you are a happy holder then its a sign the management interests are aligned with it's shareholder and that is not only rare but very good news indeed for the short, medium and longterm:)

Can someone please explain the tender offer, what it means and what I need to do as I thought it was proposing a divi.

Thanks

P/capital/ Mr Roper

I read somewhere yesterday mxcp can't pay a dividend because of being based in Guernsey/Aim rules,so this route is a way around the existing rules. GLA.

Underwhelmed. 0.7%. Should be considering ctp's route - consolidate and pay a dividend?
