Murgitroyd Strengthens Its Commitment to Client Service

International IP attorney firm Murgitroyd today boosted its commitment to client service by appointing Katie Efland as Director of Client Services.

Ms. Efland was previously General Manager of the Murgitroyd IP Portal, and has been with the company for 7 years. She is tasked with creating the new Client Service and Internal Collaboration department, dedicated to ensuring consistency in the delivery of quality and client service across the firm’s 16 international offices.

Ms. Efland will start by establishing an internal Client Service Board which will review all current client interactions and communications to address and fix any areas that may not live up to delivering an excellent client experience. “We have a lot of areas to explore,” said Katie. “We’ll be looking at every client interaction — in person, online, or by phone, letter or email — and thinking about how to make them even better than they are now. “
