Grant of options

The Group announces that, pursuant to the Group's unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme"), and as approved by the Remuneration Committee on 10 February 2017, the Board has granted options over 90,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, all at an exercise price of 402.5p pence per share. Options were granted to the following Director:

The remainder of the options have been granted to a senior employee.

All of the options issued above are exercisable from 9 February 2020 until 9 February 2032 with the conditions that the average annual dividend increase (excluding special or exceptional dividends) is 10% above the rate of UK CPI; dividend cover (excluding special or exceptional dividends) is no less than 2 times; and "Total Shareholder Return" is at least 10% above the average for the FTSE Small Cap, between the date of grant and the date of exercise.
