13/11/2015 17:20 | Decent long term buy and hold. | kingivor
13/11/2015 14:26 | 20p is looking quite possible once today's results propagate through to the wider mkt. | spaceparallax
13/11/2015 11:19 | Very gratifying results - I look forward to a continued strengthening of performance over a sustained period. | spaceparallax
13/11/2015 09:19 | OK, the Q3 results are promising. Extrapolated over a full year, the last four months results - ie since the Mottech acqusition - would produce about 2p eps. This is before the cost savings from moving Mottech to the MTI Wireless Edge offices kick in. We might also expect some expansión of Mottech's activities in the next year. No guidance in the results about prospects at the antennae business. I think Moshe deserves his bonus. This is a well-mangaged company. | cjohn
13/11/2015 08:05 | Cracking results and Mottech still has more to give as cost synergies yet to be removed. | sailing john
13/11/2015 07:39 | Well done to holders here..... | battlebus2
12/11/2015 18:38 | A good week so far. Like Balt, I too have been here since the 40p days but have topped up since at low prices because a rerating seemed inevitable. | spaceparallax
12/11/2015 16:22 | Have been here from the 40p plus days, it is indeed pleasing to see MWE back in favour again. | 049balt
12/11/2015 15:05 | Steady sustainable re-rate in progress. Institutional background buyer anyone?? And off of most pi's radar. | kingivor
12/11/2015 01:52 | Cheers SJ. I do not understand the technology but sounds good to me. | russman

09/11/2015 15:50 | Hi CJohn, Thanks for the post . i know next to nothing as to the technology and care not a jot but the market can read a balance sheet and so should in the normal course of events assign a proper value to the equity here. The picture is clouded somewhat given that this is the wild west of the AIM and liquidity issues will make the stock prone to increased volatility as we rerate to fair value. Bumpy but sustained ride North underway. | kingivor
09/11/2015 11:09 | Recent rise long overdue imo Shareholder equity was 22p at last accounts The massive cash pile which was earning zero has now been converted to an earnings enhancing acquisition in the form of Mottech. This is a transformational deal which the market still hasn't fully factored in imo ....yet! SJ | sailing john
09/11/2015 10:59 | Hello Kingivor, The one-month contribution from Mottech, as discernible from the last published results, was very promising. If that one month performance is repeated across the year, we might expect a minimum 2p eps from Mottech. I say mínimum, as the latest update re Mottech suggests the managmement have been able to cut costs by moving Mottech to the existing MTI offices. Things are less happy in the antennae business. Firstly, there's fierce competition that pares margins, and secondly, there's a thorough lack of visibility. I attended a meeting with MWE in London a couple of years ago. There were really quite confident predictions of progress in the 60-80 GHZ backhaul market. That these predictions have not been realised is not a comment on the over-optimism of MWE management: they are in fact relatively cautious in their predictions. It simply indicates in my view the inherent unpredictability of the market MTI wirelless is working in. I remain a firm holder here. These are markedly under-valued compared to assets, and if Mottech does fulfil its promise, they'll look undervalued on earnings too. | cjohn
09/11/2015 09:44 | Agree space - it will be sufficient that they demonstrate a path of growth. Achieving NAV should be straightforward but I suspect we will have an issue with liquidity given tiny free-float. | kingivor
09/11/2015 09:31 | It does look promising; however, we must be careful not to have too high a near term expectation. Hopefully a rerating will come in time as MWE are able to construct a track record of delivering a significant improvement in performance. I do however think that we may see more recognition of their net asset value in the short term. | spaceparallax
08/11/2015 13:24 | Mottech, all things being equal should be adding £3.5-4m annual gross profits to MTI ( What a great acquisition ) The Q3 results, probably out tomorrow, should demonstrate this. A PER of 10 should translate to the company being capitalised at £40m, give or take - that's 80p! Screaming buy if the numbers come through for Q3 | kingivor
06/11/2015 15:07 | 3rd Quarter results due anytime next week,may have something to do with it. Just a guess. | cheeky13 |
