And its subsidiary Mountfield Building Group Limited ("MBG" and "the Company")

Award of contract for GBP1.02m by Designer M&E Services UK Ltd

The Directors of Group are delighted to announce that Designer M&E Services UK Ltd have awarded the Company a contract to the value of GBP1.02 million to provide architectural and building works on a 'turn-key' type basis to a four-storey office fit out as part of a large engineering project in Surrey where Designer M&E Services UK Ltd are installing all the mechanical and electrical services.

Works under the contract will begin immediately and are due for completion in mid-February 2018.
