There's a webinar that MTFB did early June that's on YouTube.. The MD spoke of potentially Duel listing on the American market, and that it's not out of the question.. I think his priorities was securing last weeks FDA approval first. Search (motif bio) on you tube, and it's the third option lasting around 40minutes. It's an excellent watch and will certainly give you a better view/idea where this company is hoping to be within the next 12-36 months. For me this is a medium/long term hold.

We're coming into august soon, the slowest trading month of the year.. The price will slowly slip to around the placing price without any news. But... Use it as a good time to top up and sit back with your feet up. Wait until the new year, rumours of duel listing with the American market, and further test results will have the share price rocketing over the next 12 months.

Interesting L2 and online limits.

2 v 1 but next offer is 66p. Cantors on offer (surprise surprise) and you cannot
get a online quote to buy any. The online bid is 63.35p well over mid price.
Little bit of manipulation again by Cantors.

That current valuation mid point equates to 102p per share compared to the current 65p level. However, we would also remind investors that positive Phase 3 results should imply a multiplier for this figure, with potential M&A activity adding a further premium.

Equitydevelopment have today raised their target price to 102p from 65p with further multiples after successful phase three trials. Interesting.

If anyone has sold this week hoping to buy back cheaper
next week when the placing stock starts trading should be
worried, this stock has been placed with proper institutions
who wont be sellers in the short term.

A little bit volatile lately....not surprisingly...and likely next week as well.
I think this is such an important area...that of addressing anti-biotic resistance...that I,personally am able to stand a bit of share-price volatility,myself.

Motif receives FDA QIDP designation for iclaprim in ABSSSI

• Motif announced yesterday that the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has designated Motif’s flagship development product, iclaprim, as a Qualified Infectious Diseases Product (QIDP) for acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI).
• The Company requested QIDP designation for iclaprim for two serious and life threatening infections - hospital acquired bacterial pneumonia (HABP) and ABSSSI. QIDP designation had already been confirmed for HABP.
• With QIDP designation in both HABP and ABSSSI, iclaprim is now eligible for 10 years of market exclusivity for each indication, starting from the date of NDA approval.
• We increased our target price to 114p from 103p. Forecasts updated to reflect the recent £22m placing.

NORTHLAND CAPITAL PARTNERS VIEW: Receiving QIDP status for ABSSSI marks yet another milestone for iclaprim, as it doubles the market exclusivity period for the drug once it is approved for this indication. To account for iclaprim’s further improved risk-return profile, we increased our target price from 103p to 114p. Iclaprim is set to fill a major market void. The drug’s safety and efficacy is well supported, having already been tested on over a thousand patients. If approved, the drug could achieve over $1bn/year in sales.

Got both of what they wanted. don't think it was ever in doubt really seeing as how that was the basis of the placing.
