DS

The same thing has happened for me this week; I bought three large lots. Interestingly, it looks like Investec have been slowly accumulating shares over the last few days.

It's gone very quiet with Morse and on here. Looks like we'll have to wait for results in early September for a bit of action.

Bought 29,300 MOR today in 2 lots [4.3K & 25K]. So why are these trades not showing on ADVFN? Can anyone please explain?

4p take over? give MOR a year and we could be 80-100p with recovery and cost cutting taking efect. 40p seems far to cheap.

Takeover talk bolsters Morse
By Bryce Elder and Miles Johnson

Published: July 23 2009 03:00 | Last updated: July 23 2009 03:00

Morse , the IT services group, rose 16.3 per cent to 32p amid talk of a takeover offer pitched at around 40p per share.

Earlier this month, Morse revealed preliminary take-over approaches at 25p apiece, which it said undervalued the group.

Analysts believe Morse could be attractive to peers looking to expand in the UK, such as Wipro or Avnet, as well as to business services groups planning to expand IT divisions.

Nice move up this morning, there has been some very steady buying going on, looks like someone is accumulating shares at the NMS, all buys going through at exactly the same time!

Maybe we are about to hear of a second offer?

That would be a pathetic offer and should be rejected outright.
Morse will see the full benefits of its restructuring next year complemented by the expected global recovery. I for one say rebuff all weak offers and stay independent. Long suffering shareholders want to enjoy the recovery and not accept opportunism of the first order. Technology is expected to be the first sector to come out of the recession.

That's 12% profit for anyone buying now, that's good going considering interest rates at the moment :-)

looking at all the fundamentals, last quarter turnaround etc then 39p would be a fair price for this stock.

I care about everyone it's my nature, I don't have an agenda and I hope you guess this right (more bids better trading etc).. I really do, I might trade this again if there are further developments but I don't like to guess with my money at this stage.

she-ra 'further interest' from bidders after the initial offers were rebuffed is speculation, I was very bullish untill the latest update.
I couldn't give a hoot if this stock hits 70p without me I have been in this game way too long. What is read and said on ADVFN deos not rule the markets and anything I say will not effect what really happens.
