This will get taken out. The premium from here will be low. The margins are poor, the pipeline is poor, the cost cutting programmes arent working they are in major dispute with the cash cow customer. Whilst this goes on there will be no new wins, other technology companies are winning new business, however they can all kill Morse in the bid by referring to their financial weakness. Good luck to those that hold but it doesnt look at all good.

Glad this was only on my radar.....dreadful statement at first glance.
I didn't pick out any rays of light.

There will be value in here.....but not for me.

Best of luck holders, hope a decent bid comes in as recovery is some way off.

Experienced management team and once restructuring complete then this looks like a a good turnaround bet or potential takeover candidate.
As you said, the Director buying provides a degree of comfort.

I've longed here yesterday.

A lot of director buying in Feb and 300K in early March. 6 weeks before the forthcoming trading statement - sort of says the directors are confident.


Strip out the restructuring and they seem to be making good money. PE under 3 if forecasts are correct and a lot of cash.

Trading statement should be interesting.

Positive comments again this week in Shares Mag despite overall article theme:

"In the meantime there could be some relief to be felt from some mergers and acquisitions activity. Morse (MOR) has seen its shares rise to 13p on talk that the technology consultancy rebuffed an offer of 15p per share in the hopes of getting at least 20p. The group has £3.8 million in net cash."
